There are no cheap low cost nursing homes, they are all grossly overpriced.

Your density problem was the driving factor in shutting down the economy, costing trillions.
    Good job.

Gosh, let's count the ways.. local zoning commissions... elected officials allowing high density development... The answer is entirely too obvious for someone to seriously suggest that they don't actually have a clue. And obviously, density allows for the ability to exert more control, and require more erosion of civil liberty, because, well, the density. It is the actual problem here.

Are you seriously claiming that Democrats are somehow using zoning laws to herd people into cities?

Developers build where it will be profitable for them. If a majority of people wanted to live in suburbs and rural areas, that's where they would build. Since many cities are desirable places to live, and more people need housing there, then up go the high rise apartment buildings.

No one is being forced to go anywhere. The poor want to stay in the cities because there are a lot more jobs there than in the burbs or on the farms. Dense populations are not due to anyone's nefarious plans. I think the tin foil hat is out of adjustment on this one.

Yes. And if you actually read through the green new deal, there are huge swaths of powers forcing yet more density. This is a design. It is intentional.
