Then what did you mean here?:

So if you're in a coma, can I kill you?

    Who,decides?

Again this is why we decriminalised abortion in Qld because when it is up to the medical officer then the lines become very very blurred. Ultimately no pregnancy is risk free and if the woman does not want to take any risks.......

There are women in jail today because they could not prove thier miscarriage was not an abortion

To the point where a living human has been created BEFORE birth?

By ban, do you mean the abortion procedure to be removed from the health system, or making it illegal to get an abortion?

I'm talking about me killing him, not the health system.

Isn't it clear when a women is in danger from the pregnancy?

    https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2013/jan/25/miscarriage-murder-roevwade-personhood

This article that you linked to mentions ARRESTS but not women serving time. Are these women in the USA?

Please please please do some basic research!!

The "abortion procedure" is actually called either a D&C or a D&E. slight differences but both are used not only on abortion but foetal demise and partial miscarriage as well as for other gynaecological issues

    https://www.webmd.com/women/guide/d-and-c-dilation-and-curettage#1

Do you really want to ban a procedure that is used to diagnose cancer?

    No it is not clear

    EVERY pregnancy carries risks

30 women a year die in childbirth in Australia and we have a very very low maternal mortality rate

Well a government could ban the procedure for being used for abortion, rather than the procedure as a whole. So my question to Giftedone still applies.

You realise that he was talking about the HOMICIDE of a fetus! Not the abortion of one!

A fetus is human from day 1 of pregnancy? If not, after what point?

How do you tell? Are you going to breach privacy and examine health records?

Why would that need to happen under such a system that I was talking about? Health system entities simply wouldn't perform a D & C for the purpose of abortion.

Even if they abstain from sex? And obviously rape is an exception.

But you wouldn't say that this means that abortion in NSW isn't necessary would you?

    Wtf????

Are you under some sort of weird misconception that late term abortions are common? Most abortions occur within the first eight weeks

    :)

Why are you telling me this when in your next post you ASK him:

    Vegas giants said:
Yes it is a beautiful thing. Much like heart surgery is a beautiful thing""""""

You: ""Homicide of a fetus or abortion of a fetus?""

    :roflol::roflol::roflol:

Woman is booked in for a D & C for partial miscarriage. Who is to know that it is not? The theatre staff would be expecting to see some retained products of conception so who is to know?

Uh, duh, you actually have to ask that question? Why?

Being raped doesn't mean a woman has control over getting pregnant, she either gets pregnant or doesn't.
