In Trump's world, rhetoric is substituted for accomplishment.

Take China for example. We have all heard Trump say he is confident that China will help out the U.S. when it comes to North Korea. "I have great confidence that China will properly deal with North Korea. If they are unable to do so, the U.S., with its allies, will!"

Pence has chimed in. Pence says the U.S. is quietly confident that China will do more to influence North Korea to drop its nuclear weapons program.

Tillerson has given us his two cents. The United States and China will work together to get nuclear-armed North Korea take “a different course”, U.S. Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said on Saturday, softening previous criticism of Beijing after talks with his Chinese counterpart. And probably talks with his boss, too.

Trump on Thursday praised Chinese efforts to rein in "the menace of North Korea" , after North Korean state media warned the United States of a "super-mighty preemptive strike." Trump didn't say what those efforts were. We still don't know. With Trump it is all talk, no substance.

Well, there you have it, Fiat accompli. It is all said and done. Everyone is in agreement. China will help out the U.S. with its North Korean problem because, according to Trump, he is going to work out a new trade deal benefiting China. Can't imagine what that would be. China is already eating our lunch in the export/import game, and China is no longer a currency manipulator, even though she is, but that's a different story.

Wait a minute. Are we forgetting something? How does China feel about giving Trump a hand with North Korea?

Well, China is turning to Russia. China has sought to enlist Russia’s help to cool tensions over North Korea amid fears among Beijing’s leaders that hostilities between the United States and Pyongyang are imminent. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi made the appeal in a phone conversation with Sergey Lavrov, his Russian counterpart, after telling reporters that conflict could break out “at any moment."

Instead of meaningful dialogue to U. S. leaders, Wang Yi gave the U.S. a stern warning. He told reporters no one would win in a military conflict between the U.S. and North Korea. “Once a war really happens, the result will be nothing but multiple loss,” he said.

No one in China has mentioned any meaningful progress on controlling the hermit kingdom's erratic leader. It's been all talk from Trump and his advisors.

But, in Trump's mind, that is progress.

• The FBI already has its hands full investigating the Orange Doosh and his Russian connections, and the fact that they probably colluded to cheat trump into the presidency. Hopefully, they'll find the evidence needed to punch a great big hole in the hull of the Good Ship Lollipop.

 

That doesn't make it okay to insinuate that you wish to cause violence against a sitting president.

 

The quotes above show the entire history of this little exchange. Capt Nice said nothing from which you should infer he was talking about causing violence against the Orange Turd. As I see it, he just wants the several ongoing investigations to find evidence proving trump colluded with Russia to cheat his way into our White House. All patriotic Americans are awaiting the results of these investigations. We are also asking — demanding, really — a truly independent investigation of the entire matter. This is something that all Americans should be concerned about. This includes you, assuming you're a patriotic American.

But rather than seek some solutions, and reply in a positive way, you chose to try and stir up trouble for Capt Nice by engaging in cheesy innuendo rather than seeking common ground. We know where you're coming from you devious little trump supporting troublemaker, you. You're fooling no one.

You really need to chill out and take your meds. The only one insinuating anything, is you. Why are you trying to start trouble for Capt Nice, and cause problems where there was none, before you responded so negatively.

 

It's a shame we can't have another election when public support drops for a government like the British do.
