The point is that the Ukraine is not worth a war with Russia and it is not worth a prolonged cold war and that China who has an economy 10X bigger than Russia should be our main concern.

Note the contrast. One trying make NATO stronger and Russia less strong and the other saying he will blow Putin after reelection.

Trump was supposed to be pro Putin? He was making NATO stronger!

Of course if Germany and other countries are less dependent on Russian energy where will they go instead? One of the places would be American oil and gas producers.

So Trump was advocating for NATO and against Russia and also for American energy.

Mike is so impressed with Vlad's ability as a strategist he forgot to mention he's a brutal dictator who murders or imprisons those who oppose him. I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone, certainly not an American, speak of Putin so endearingly. Well, with the exception of Tucker Carlson.

I thought his fascination with Orban was scary enough. Only to find it's a trend.

 

Except he isn't and we aren't. To be sure, the situation in Ukraine is a lot more complex than most people understand. And sadly our state department is spreading nearly as much misinformation as the Kremlin.
