What you say is true. In WV a law was just passed preventing State and local law enforcement and/or resources from being used to enforce Dem gun laws that supercede State laws. In other words, WV has become a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary State. Other States have passed or are trying to pass similar laws. Rural Americans are not going to "bend over" for Biden.
Thats the real kicker is that the modern militia/civil defense movement tends to have the support of their locally elected LE that support civilian armament. Im sure this 'defund the police' thing has absolutely nothing to do with replacing local cops who tend to uphold the values of their community with federalized ones that would better follow certain difficult orders...
Will the police be exempt from your proposal of only killers need 30-round magazines or do the same cops protested all year long in 2020 get to keep their “terrorist or mass shooter’s best friend.” Keep in mind, last time I checked, mass murder was not in a cops job description, so it would be highly questionable for you to let the cops we don’t trust keep all the good firepower unless a better armed, violent police force with no worries on being stood up to is the goal.
