...how the **** am I supposed to "document" Crowdstrike not having access to classified and top secret information gathered by the US and allied intelligence operations?

Seriously man, this is getting old. Every intelligence officer, whether appointed by Trump or Obama, and every private cybersecurity firm tasked with evaluating the breach concluded that Russia was behind the attack.

Why yes, I did. I'm thrilled to see you read, speak and comprehend English, our native tongue.

A subtle difference however. Those who believed the earth was the center of the universe knew no better. They can be forgiven.

Those "intelligence experts" who brought us Gulf Of Tonkin, Gulf of Oman and Curveball and WMD are aware they are deceiving the public. As Herr Goebbels, I mean Pompeo, has recently noted, they lie, they cheat and they steal.

Any adult that does not understand the professional duplicity and mendacity of US "intelligence agencies" is wearing blinders, he prefers to fool himself.

And once again, you have provided zero instance of a Trump appointed official who is currently (or ever, in fact) advocated that Russia was not behind the hacking of the DNC.
No, they reached their conclusions independent of Crowdstrike. Every intelligence officer, whether appointed by Trump or Obama, and every cybersecurity firm, including Crowdstrike and six others, and every allied intelligence agency agree that Russia was behind the hack of the DNC.

You remind me of a joke that I literally just read.

Three sons are in line to take over their father's mining company. The father decides to test them by asking them to dig as much as possible using as little money as possible.

The first son get 2 tons dug while spending 500,000 by buying an old machine, repairing it himself and hiring a skeleton crew.

The second son gets 5 tons dug while spending 200,000 by hiring a bunch of illegal immigrants and demanding that they accept pennies or risk deportation.

The third son gets 10 tons dug while spending 0 by retaining a bunch of conspiracy theorists, starting a rumor that something could be found under the mountain, and just letting them continue to dig and dig even after he told them to stop and offered to pay them because he was "the man trying to bribe them."

This is the part where I remind you that the NSA only had medium confidence, and Rogers, when asked directly, did not say it was Russia who hacked the DNC.

No, the didn't. All reports of what happened to the DNC servers came from Crowdstrike.

Actually, he did - in a more recent congressional interview than the one you want to keep quoting.

I provided you the transcript. You should read it.

    You won't.

You want me to prove a negative? Oh wonderful they did it "independent" of Crowdstrike but you cant back up your claim with anything and i mean anything of the sort..

    Quite the lawyer you are..

    The Defendant is guilty!
    Provide your case.

Where did I ask you to prove a negative? I asked you to find a Trump appointed official who is currently advocating that Russia was not behind the hacking of the DNC. That is simply a matter of finding someone who says, "Russia did not do this."

As for my evidence that the other agencies and cybersecurity firms reached their conclusions independent of Crowdstrike, well, it is simply a matter of logic. Unless Crowdstrike owns those other companies/agencies or those companies/agencies are beholden to Crowdstrike in some form or fashion, then they are free to reach their own conclusions regardless of what Crowdstrike says. The fact that all of them reached the same conclusion, independent of Crowdstrike, means that the possibility that Russia was behind the hacking of the DNC is exponentially more likely.

But listen, if you want to keep arguing that Russia was not behind the hacking of the DNC because...........whatever your reason (I am still not sure honestly), then perhaps you would like to provide a positive assertion yourself?

Who is behind the hacking of the DNC in your mind?

Stand-up comedy might be your thing! Have you given up your day job? I shudder to think that somebody is paying you for legal work, but as Barnum said, there is a sucker born every minute.

If you are an attorney, I would like to present a hypothetical: if your client was charged with murder, and the police report showed that the murder weapon did not have any of your client's fingerprints or DNA, what would you tell the judge? Is there any chance of a directed verdict? Should the case have even been brought to trial?

Holy f*ck, you're clearly not trained in law nor computer science and yet here you are speaking authoritatively on both topics. These posts are the epitome of the Dunning-Kruger effect.

While I don't have any hacking experience I'd bet a nickel to your dollar that the Russians used at least a proxy server in their endeavors. YOU are the one that is woefully ignorant but that never stops a trumper. Hell, exactly like trump, you think you know a lot more than you actually do.

I hold Trump in contempt, and have since about 1975, and I'm not a hacker either.

That said, I'm going with Bill Binney and the rest of the computer experts and former (honest) intelligence analysts, the whistleblowers--the DNC material was leaked from the inside.

    It was NOT hacked.

Even a computer neophyte like me can understand that. Moreover, in this day of universal deception, the whistleblowers are the only ones telling the truth.

Binney, while obviously qualified to opine, hasn't been active in the nsa since 2001. I'd bet he's also collecting a cool stack of cash making the tinfoil hat fox news circuit. He's probably working on a book.

If you knew what I do I could really have a good laugh in your face.

But sure, some Russian hackers used a "Russian proxy server". Keep up the good work.

Says the guy who knows nothing about the speeds at which computers in that area of the world are capable of connecting.

Who thinks hackers are all sitting in a room on a server surrounded by webcams using "proxy servers".

The ignorant person between you and I in this discussion isn't me, but please, continue puffing up. I'm enjoying it.

A beautiful dodge you offer sir! When the debate has been lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser. Good show!

The DNC material was leaked, not hacked. The entire Russiagate narrative is false.
