Most American can't even get into these universities because they are all full of foreigners. Also many don't have the benefit packages foreigners do or the financial incentives and help.
I tried to get my granddaughter into a college near us. They aid it was a 3 to 5 yr waiting list, yet the whole campus is full of illegals and other foreigners.
Nothing against a few immigrants of visa but when our own can't get in or have incentives to help with ridiculous fees something is very wrong.

All should have quotas for foreign students and none should EVER accept illegals. Most illegals don't graduate they just take the free money.

I talk to students, read the college news and these places of agenda pushing lower learning pay libs hundreds of thousands to speak. Yet conservative or republican ' anyone not anti American ' are attacked by liberal students and even their professors get in on the hate fest.

Janitors get 6 figure income through minority run unions.
No wonder fees are so high!

Let me guess at your reply (assuming there is one...), "Oh, uh, that's different...." How? The Federal Government had one set of laws, and the sovereign State of Arkansas had another. Who crushed the individual state's authority? It was the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT! Do you even begin to see what Abraham Lincoln did when he destroyed the whole concept of "States' Right" as they were described in our Constitution...? No, rahl, I want to use armed surveillance drones to patrol the border where they would be most effective because they're relatively inexpensive and easy to 'fly' and manage from any military ground-station in the world (using satellites). I want the land mines to secure the more vulnerable portions of the 1,550 MILES on the border with Mexico... not against "children" but against determined, deliberate ILLEGAL ALIEN INVADERS of this country!
