Is there hypocrisy in the justice system that benefits the prison industrial complex? For example, a women has a couple drinks, she has a willful sexual encounter, she later regrets the encounter, therefore she was raped because she did not have the where-with-all to consent to sex because she drank alcohol. However, if the same women got in a car after drinking and killed someone according to the justice system she has the where-with-all to be charged with vehicular homicide? Which is it? Does someone have the where-with-all after drinking to be held accountable for their actions, or don't they? The way the justice system works today they do and they don’t depending on whether it benefits the prison industrial complex.

Another example is a 14 year old is a child if she has a willful sexual encounter with a 19 year old and therefore she’s been raped, but if that same 14 year old kills someone all the sudden that 14 year old is considered an adult by the justice system? Again which is it? Is the 14 year old a child or not. The way the justice system works today it's both. That is as long as being considered a child or an adult benefits the prison industrial complex.
