You have no idea if or not they paid more or less in taxes. Much of Loughlin's money is made in Canada and subject to their tax system. If they claim CA home the tax cut may have produced a tax increase.

Trump just gave the wealthy a doubling of the estate tax exemption to roughly 22 million, making it yet easier to pass on family wealth over generations.

Unearned college admission, unearned wealth from inheritance, unearned job opportunities and fame from the family name etc. These are all things conservatives with their campaign against the "death" tax are promoting and celebrating. Because in their mind all wealth is earned. No wonder the US is going to the crap*er when people's only incentive is to make money the old fashioned way: By having money. Innovating to be successful is so yesterday.

Now, you get a taste of your own medicine by seeing people abuse the system who are on the other side of your aisle. Should make you think.

 

Watch the Trump fans to be silent on those. They are all deemed "job creators" in the typical GOP black and white thinking, they can do no wrong.

Not trying to pull a hit job on Liberals, Lori Loughlin is in the news as of late and she just happened to be the first Hypocrite I decided to post on this thread. This isn't just my Thread, you can post as many Conservative GOP Hypocrites on here as you wish and I mentioned that in my original post, just try and post some links of them that shows them for the Hypocrites they are. I for years despised the GOP, because they have gone too far to the Right in my opinion, but the Democrats are just as guilty of going to the extreme left. I don't give a crap what their political leanings are, if they're blowing smoke up our Butts, lying or being blatant Hypocrites, expose them.

I'm a bit confused, TAL. You posted a link about the hypocrisy you're referring to, and you posted a video that switches to the subject of my reply post: college entrance cheating.

But aside from that I really have trouble relating to the notion of Democrats and hypocrisy. They have lied. They have talked big about "the people" and then pandering to their corporate contributors. They have failed to fix what they were sent to fix. Etc. Is that the "hypocrisy" you're referring to?

 

My Hypocrites of the day, week, month, year, and decade are Leftist Media (Mainstream Media) that absolutely ignored the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of Christians in the Middle East systemically by Muslims, but lose their minds when 50 Muslims are murdered by a madman in New Zealand.

No, what is amiss is that no matter the party affiliation it is how the wealthy always wants to cheat a system to give them an advantage. No matter which party they may cast a vote for.

I suspect there is a lot of cheating in academics today by many different groups and individuals

So a few are going to be conservatives

But most people in the top 1% at least claim to be liberals

I propose a strict merit based entrance system based on testing

But only after we find the corrept academics who are administering the tests and weed them out

John Wayne was 34 by the time the US entered the War, when he reclassified to 1A draft status, the studio threatened him with a lawsuit if he broke his contract.
