I have decided to create a diet for myself. This diet is simple. 1; Eat only organic, whole foods. No processed foods (even if they are organic), no non-organic whole foods. 2; No farmed meat, dairy, or eggs. Wild caught fish and wild game are ok, but because that often involves going out and fishing and hunting yourself, you will probably end up eating a mostly vegan diet most of the time (especially out of hunting seasons). 3; Only pure water, organic juices, and naturally caffein free tea can be drank. 4; Caffein and all other drugs are banned.
