I agree, and very astute perception! There are genuine progressives and liberals who have been consistently for assange, as they understand his kind are so essential and then there is the phony left, who are boot lickers for the intel community who are verified liars as well as the national security state after assange published the dnc and podesta emails that revealed what the DP and DNC actualy were. And it hurt hillary, the truth hurt her, and not a lie.

Cannot disagree. But, he has done something, or been complicit with it, that I find totally unacceptable, and that involves going after assange. This will be one of the few things, besides launching missiles on assad that the dems won't give him a hard time over. I watched far too many dems, congress critters, lie through their teeth about assange in the last few days.

As far as I can tell, only one democratic candidate has shown any intelligence, honesty and integrity on this assange issue. Gabbard. She just voiced the right view on assange and what we are doing, which is another plus in so far as whom I will support and vote for.

*******n, it is so hard to find a politician who isn't a lying scumbag, low integrity jackwagon. When I find them, I vote for them.

Nah, he said in the last couple of days that Wikileaks is not his thing. He is such a tall glass of such honest water.

 It's probably already been pointed out by now, but I think I'm right in asserting that he said he didn't know Assange at a personal level?

yeah and I believe he really didn't know Paul manafort that well either he only was on the campaign for a few months

of course we can ignore the decade of money laundering the Donald Trump and Paul manafort engaged in for the Russians

I'm a Brit - I don't know anything about Manafort or the money laundering you're talking about, I'm only interested in the Assange angle.

No I don't, nor do I GAF who he is. And I never open vid posts unless they're accompanied by some kind of explanatory narrative telling me what I should be looking for.
