I suspect Ron Paul is far ahead in SC polls, because the media stopped mentioning who

I wouldn't even care if Mitt Romney or Newt Ginrich won. They would do absolutely nothing different than Obama. They are the Reagan/Bush types that talk the talk for votes but then do what is necessary to protect the country.

Ron Paul and his uneducated followers would literally love to see this country destroyed.

I know you wouldn't. They will both do whatever the FED wants, as will Obama. That is the only thing you care about, and what is best for "America" has little to do with your worries. Faker than a 4 dollar bill.

Lol, the FED does what is necessary to support the monetary system. The Govt has done exactly what is necessary for the economy until recently when the Tea Party took over the House and has basically blocked the Govt from doing their job. The FED is all out of moves. It is now up to the Govt.

Paul would destroy America and wouldn't even care.

    South Carolina old retards!

Doesn't matter because most people are too dumb to know what's good for them, and others like yourself have been trained by the FED-purchased economic studies. Now, make another thread about how debt doesn't matter.

LOL. You just can't help yourself, can you? The FED is the true government, the rest a puppet show. Only if someone uses the system to get control that isn't a FED puppet does the shadow government fall, and that is your only concern.

I click mice all day long.

The Fed (people behind it) are succeeding in tying every central bank in the world together, as shown by the ripple effect of the economic crisis and the bailouts they're tossing around.

Were you at the round table with Bernanke when they shrugged at the coming housing crisis? LOL....blindsided. What is your plan now, to print, print, print our way out of it?

The Fed doesn't control the housing market. And yes, they should print much more money right now in the form of Govt spending.

Greenspan holding interest rates low, as your boy Krugman suggested, had nothing to do with the housing bubble? You promise?

Nothing to do with the housing bubble. Banks did not reduce lending standards because there was lower interest rates. The ARM loans and NINA loans had nothing to do with lower interest rates. CDO's, MBS's, Credit Default Swaps, etc... had nothing to do with lower interest rates.

I sure want to buy a house when there are lower interest rates.....

What did have to do with the housing bubble, the FED? Clinton nudging banks to lower their standards? Anything? What caused the Keynesian geniuses to completely miss the developing catastrophe?

I love how you mention NOTHING about Wall Street and their financial vehicles that they created with mortgages starting when they got rid of Glass-Steagall. It's all the Govt and the Fed's fault to you isn't it? Lol!! You guys are so partisan that it's impossible to have an intelligent conversation.

Team God doesn't exist, neither does Team Zeus, Team LaLaPalooza or some other mythological team.

However, Romney may be the Rep Nominee.

And, I can certainly live with that.

How that clown, that political idiot Ron Paul ever made it into the possible nominees is TOTALLY INCOMPREHENSIBLE.

This weirdo belongs in La La Land together with his loonie supprters.

Is this all you ever type? Attacking the person as if they're loony yet, you fail to even debate his Policies without using Fear/Hate to drive your own beliefs. Why don't you start typing actual arguments that don't involve classic High School attacks and bring some actual intellect.

It all boils down to that the average American doesn't want to abandon South Korea, Taiwan and Israel and doesn't believe that "Free trade and engagement" and "Non-interventionism" is going to improve our standing in the world, make us more popular, or safer.

That is the bottom line. They just don't beleive Ron Paul's foreign policy will work out like he says it will. Right or wrong, they don't beleive him.

The argument still stands that our current Policy isn't protecting us either... Militarily or Financially. The entire Paul Plan is survival and the USA isn't doing that by overextending, overthrowing Governments (Which have turned later to Anti-USA), constantly giving out international "welfare" and fighting in Wars that do not even connect to the USA directly. Being the UN lapdog hasn't allowed the USA to achieve much since WWII it's time to start following the Constitutional Law and not the "Will" of the Elite.

The problem is, Paul had a solid base of maybe 10% of the republican base (or 5% of the national total)...In any venue that involves folk caucusing, Paul will do great but in any real election, he fades as he cannot get the other 80-90% of the country. It is why he is spending his time in caucus states and blowing off the others. He cannot win when the turnout is bigger than his 10%

I (and millions of others) exposed the Political Idiot RonPaul's Domestic Policy (The MORONIC "Gold Standard" CRAP)......and the Idiot isn't really faulted for that idiocy so much as his BIZARRE "FOREIGN IDIOCY": being a clone of Osama Bin WEIRDO (i.e. an Islamist buttkisser) !!!

As far as "classic High School attacks" ........ perhaps one should descend to that level to explain HOW F-ING (F for FIG) IDIOTIC BOTH OF THOSE RON PAUL STANCES ARE !!!

Just so you know, Paul isn't a democrat. His fans are the most diehard small government proponents. More so than ANY of the republican base. THEY ARE STILL PART OF THE RIGHT BASE. When presidential elections are decided by 1 or 2 percentage points time and time again, best not to go too far in the primary season insults. Unless you're a FED shill, which means you don't really care about anything, it's just Paul's anti-FED stance that you don't want to spread. Which might be the case, as most establishment republicans respect his domestic policies, just hate his foreign policy.
