For the most part, with some very tragic exceptions, most of the right people are being killed by guns. There are more suicides by gun than other types of homicide. I like that people have that quick and painless option. I like that the vast majority of the other homicides are thugs killing thugs. It breaks my heart when truly innocent people are killed by guns, fire or water, but I'm not going to deny myself, or anyone else, guns, fire or water. More people are killed by the wheel every year than by guns. More people are killed by fire then by the wheel, and more people are killed by water than all of them combined. So, no. You can't have my guns.

The deadliest times in human history, the times when people were far more likely to die a violent death, took place before guns were invented. On the net, guns have made the world a much safer place for human beings.

Most of those who use guns to commit suicide would not have succeeded with another method.

I have argued for decreasing tobacco access. I use neither alcohol not tobacco. Sadly I do over-consume sugar.

    But guns purpose is killing.

    Probably true.

Don't know what the laws are today but it use to be against the law to attempt suicide and fail.

As a Jew I believe these people will suffer for a long time. Most Christians believe in eternal suffering.

Communists like Capitalists placed little value on Human Life and Human Rights.

Stalin's USSR had Incarceration Rate as high as USA since 1990s.

Traditional Liberals believed that All Humans have Innate Value.

Guns, illegal drugs, tobacco, motorcycles destroy Human Life which is G-d's Creation.

I'm a maniac. I became manic around twenty one years old. I didn't get the meds I need to function until I was twenty eight years old. Depression looks likes it's very hard on depressed people. I don't know; I've never been depressed. But I can tell you this, mania is hard on everyone else.

I've always railed against the current economic system of fractional reserve banking, the plutocracy we've created, and the revolving door of the financial industry and the seats of government... the military industrial complex upheld to protect "American interests".

I am a hermit, ...no bank account, no debt, no car, no insurance, no government support, no grid (other than using my neighbor's wifi)... I am self sustained using solar and wind, collect rain water and grow and raise my own food on land that I own. ...and no gun...
...unfortunately, owning a gun will not cure any of these ills you have listed above... and it is delusional to think guns and more guns will. That is the false security and delusion being sold to you... to uphold the current status of the world you so rightly described.

That still doesn't change the fact that I trust my gun more than I trust you.
You are of the other 10%. At least we are not in the 80%.
    10% fight
    10% take flight
    80% freeze

Oh ... again the nonsense with what happened 70 years ago in Europe and why you need the US weapons law with right for an own gun?
Really now? Tell me, are you against facts imun?

In Germany, the looser weapons law had ever been and even Jews could arm themselves to the teeth ... even until 1935! And? What did the weapon law bring to the Jews? Nothing! On the contrary ... it was this very weapon law that enabled the NAZI SA and SS to arm themselves like an army!
And yes ... you are in the US in an absolutely comparable situation with an evil state that governs you and oppresses parts and takes you constitutional rights. And yes, every miserable criminal in your country is armed with a gun and the police are more incapable and an enemy than a helper!
That's why you all have to play the Deputy Sheriff and have an AR-15 at home!

Only ... already funny ... an 18 year old is allowed to buy easily and legally all weapons that are allowed in his state, he may even become a soldier and not only then use and use all the weapons that exist in the US armed forces ( depending on his use and training) and he may go to war and kill others, himself wounded and killed.
But he can not go to the nearest pub and drink a glass of whiskey legally ... because he is not 21!

Then that must mean that I'm in the 10% of fight... because this is my fight, ...this is how I fight. Where I don't need to support a system of oppression, I don't, and this life isn't easy by any means. But I still pen, and I still vote, these are the freedoms that mean the most to me, as little as they affect the zeitgeist. To me, owning a gun to weaponize against tyranny is flight. I'm already on the front lines.

    Wrong.

Germany began confiscating all Jewish property as early as 1938.

    https://www.ushmm.org/research/publ...fiscation-of-jewish-property-in-the-holocaust

It wasn't just the Jews that needed guns.

I just took a look at the threads on the front page.

Whatever you do Trump fans, don't talk about Trump. Don't talk about his decisions, his statements, or his tweets.

Far left totalitarianism :roflol: is okay, so is socialism, guns, the Second Amendment, the black problem, and the NRA. Mythical medicare for all seems to be particularly popular among Trump's fans. It is almost as if his base consists of white supremacists.

    Naw, that cannot be, right?

But anything having to do with Trump is a no-no. I find that interesting. They must be embarrassed of their support for Trump. We know they can't defend him. They ignore criticism of Trump and attack the critic. Cracking jokes and answering with cartoons and fake photos is a popular to response to accurate reports of Trump's activities.
