Doesn't your utopia have no privately owned arms but armed police?

Only a small % of the police would be armed and only for very serious cases like in the UK. If the suspect is not armed the police is not armed.

What is the National Living Wage 2018, how much is the UK ...

The National Living Wage is the amount of money all employees aged over 25 are legally entitled to. It used to be known as the National Minimum Wage, but it was re-branded in 2016. The National ...

The rich and the elites will give lip service to it, but they will all hire armed security for themselves.

Sorry to dispel your fantasy, but you cannot suspend the rights of others on private property. Property exclusion rules have limits and are far more limited when private property is designated for public use as it would be in a privately owned city. It’s been tried and already tested in the courts. Your fantasy is just that, fantasy...at least in the US.
Before you go off and raise a challenge, consider this question, do you think you would be able to suspend Constitutional protections on private property you own and keep slaves on your property?

If your under age 25 you are SOL. The notion that guns are used to force people to labor for low wages is ridiculous. Lets assume that was true at some point in the past, on a wide scale.
Whats keeping it so today? If we get rid of guns (an impossibility in the US) wages and benefits will magically raise?

The NRA, Donald Trump, and everyone else present at the speech, was subject to protection by the secret service, regarded as the best protection service in the entire united states. It was a compromise to have the president of the united states speak at the event. It was not a meaningless sign that lacks a method of enforcement and left those inside vulnerable to slaughter by a deranged individual.

Even the united states border checkpoints do not check every single vehicle that comes and goes. Is it understood just how many hours such an effort would take in this proposed city of yourself?

Differences is circumstances. As a last resort I can kill somebody for being in my house without permission. I cannot hold them at gunpoint and jail them in my basement for two years. Do you liberals really believe I should be allowed to jail people in my own home?

2 or 3 percent is not nearly enough to fund free public healthcare for all. We currently spend about 18% of our GDP on medical expenditures (even the UK spends over 10% of their GDP on medical care) . Again, no wonder you are a liberal, you don't realize the scale of the problem, and think unrealistically. Start looking at actual numbers, not just fantasies like you post.

People without skills in demand who want more money should expatriate to the UK.

I beleive that if you create a city and pay for it yourself, then you should be free to enforce what ever laws you want as long as you let people willingly come and go. So yeah I think I should be free to jail people for having a gun if I am able to fund a city completely privately.

Only if you count things like suicides that occur on abandoned schools. There was a factoid of the above, and it was totally bogus. It counted hearing gunshots at the school, and a suicide at a school parking lot that occurred over school holidays at a school that hadn't had children in it for a year.

Show us your proof of your wild claims, and I'll show you how bogus the report it comes from was. Start thinking critically, and examine data, instead of just accepting it for real because it fits your viewpoints. Your high school teachers will help you learn to do that next year.

The Constitution is an awful thing, if you're a totalitarian. It was designed for one major purpose--to diffuse power. No single group, be it the populace, the courts, the legislature, the executive branch was allowed to have much power. It's a bunch of checks and balances made so that government cannot work well, and thus, should encourage the least government and most freedom as possible. We are going lower on that list of free countries, because we are ignoring that, and allowing government to have too much power. Your idea just worsens that. You want to live in a totalitarian state where your ideals alone are in place (aka why I think you are a middle schooler).

Then leave. If you hate this country, find one more to your liking. I know you have a few years before you can legally do so without parental permission, but please start saving your money. I hear Venezuela is nice this time of year.

Ah, so you want the power to be centralized. The Senate is a key feature to why we have succeeded so well. It provides a bit of rationality to the sometimes mercurial House. It's a feature, not a bug.

Im 21, I want to go to Europe but its harder then it sounds to get out of this horrible place. So its better to just hope that this clown of a president destroys the country instead

Why don't you just move to a British Commonwealth then? We built this country to intentionally reject the above monarchy.

Start saving and leave. I'm not a big fan of the President myself, but I'd rather have him as President than you in any office. At least he believes in this country.
