Gotta love the single-mindedness of youth in their quixotic pursuits.

It -is- a HOA - it only has effect because the people who live there agree to it.
If someone breaks the HOA and refuses to live by the terms found therein, the only legal recuse the city has is to file a civil suit in a state court for breach of contract.

You deliberately miss the point. No one is surprised.

There is a loop hole where if I declare the corporate city a "science city" for all sorts of experiments then I could totally remove any "freedoms" in the constitution because it would be safety reasons. Can't have bullets flying when we are trying to stop aging in humans or grow animals with human organs.

Don't need an act they are already protected by the Second Amendment.

And what does that change, a county Commission cannot write laws, only ordnance's and they must comply with all state and federal laws while doing so or be overridden by the superior law.

He seems content with an HOA agreement between residents because he knows as soon as the state gets involved, guns cannot be banned.

Really income tax pays for Interstate Highways?

You are very lightly educated in highway funding aren't you?

I would to see in the U.S. people being taught the basics of Civics, you being one of them.[/QUOTE]

When they were first build they used the income tax to pay the workers, not tolls are used. How the hell did you think they were paid for?

Like how much we need to have a complete overhaul of this constitution. Like every country that thought it was a good idea to copy the US constitution only to change it because it just does not work.

Then use proper terminology for communication purposes.

Which makes it worse than an HOA.

Technical terminology for Generations is the letter. Other names are simply nick names. But if I must use the nick names I will

Totalitarianism at it's finest. Have you ever thought about how great freedom is?

How so, companies control everything on their property. Everyone in the city are "employees" for all intents and purposes

Totally incorrect, do some studying before making even a larger arse out of yourself.

The Constitution works just fine for the majority of Americans and the thousands who want to migrate here too, it's only the lightly educated brainwashed micro-minorities who have problems with it and believe a totalitarian government is the solution.

Maybe considering moving to Venezuela, I hear they have a government you are just going to love.

Actually, besides Gen X, the other Gen {letter} names are place holders until the descriptive name comes about. For example, Gen Y was the place holder that was replaced by the "Millenial" name. Gen Z hasn't been named yet, but you aren't a Z, you're a late Millenial.

I've been studying generational matters since you were in elementary school. This is the first time I've ever heard of Gen W, or the idea that technical terminology is Gen followed by letter. Please show me a reference that has your silly terminology.

The U.S. Constitution works for us because it was written by us. Trying to shoehorn another country into our Constitutional ideas is foolish. That said, the provision is there to change the Constitution. It just requires a lot of political consensus to get a change.

They don't, ever seen a handicapped parking space, ADA compliance for access, smoke detectors and sprinkler systems, mandatory exit doors, I could go on for pages about how companies are required to operate once they allow people onto their property.

If the constitution works so well then why
    1. Did the US use a different style when setting up countries like Japan and Germany after the wars?
    2. Why did the countries that copied the US constitution change it
    3. Why did the EU style become more popular then the US style?

As you have been told before: Article V allows for this.
    Get busy.
