Good luck with that. More and more AMericans are seeing abortion for what it is, a premeditated homicide.
Not likely. They will have to to reconcile abortion with all the other homicide laws on the books, and this would be the end of Roe.
Abortion would have been appropriate in this case: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_KUW2vCPX7w"]Woman With 15 Kids: "Somebody needs to be held accountable, and they need to pay." - YouTube[/ame] Where is Planned Parenthood when you need them?
They were there, but I think she said that babies are blessings from God or something. So she just kept on having them! And now she and her children are suffering in extreme poverty. It's very sad but you can't force women to have abortions any more than you can force them to bear children.
She should kill them as opposed to having them grow up poor? You really don't see how assinine that opinion is? SERIOUSLY?
I get that quite a bit from those whose feeble arguments I decimate. Some people just don't want to be educated.
So instead of ending their life in the womb and preventing their suffering, they should simply starve to death instead?
Nobody starves to death in the United States, unless their parents maliciously allow it or if they are an adult and allow themselves to starve. More of your emotional hysteria.
Being a position where I was with a woman (who, we both knew, there was no future) and being in a position where an abortion was going to be the only practical option. That god it was a false alarm. I still get queasy simply thinking about it.
This is why we should NEVER allow would be killers to make their own determination of when it is oK to kill and when it is not. Imagine if we applied that to all homicides.
If I started my quest with the pre conceived notion that abortion should be legal, then looked for an excuse to justify that notion, that is the only way someone can think it has any validity.
That might be relevant if they were the case. I started out just as pro-life as you are today, and realized how little sense the arguments made.
Aaaah, it's amazing how a little personal experience can change a person's views 180*. Wouldn't it be wonderful if those without personal experience would listen to those who do have it?
Yes it would. But it feels better to sit upon a high horse and tell others what they can and cannot do for the sake of saving a little cluster of cells.
