If Trump wins 2020, who will the liberals turn to blame this time?

I'm just bit curious because liberals used the excuse of the Russians helping Trump win. So, if Trump wins 2020 is very very likely. Obviously if there was a honest special counsel, they would be investigating Obama, Comey, Lynch, Clintons and etc. Seeing Mueller in charge of the special counsel who worked for Obama AND his team has all democrats, how is that not bias? Who will the liberals blame in 2020? Chinese? Russians again?..Aliens?
