Page 4 Executive Summary Executive Summary A Review of Various Actions by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Department of Justice in Advance of the 2016 Election such as the use of grand jury subpoenas and search warrants to obtain evidence. whether the circumstances surrounding the decision indicated that it was based on considerations other than the merits of the investigation. If a choice made by the investigative team was among two or more reasonable alternatives, we did not find that it was improper even if we believed that an alternative decision would have been more effective. There were clearly tensions and disagreements in a number of important areas between Midyear agents and prosecutors. However, we did not find documentary or testimonial evidence that improper considerations, including political bias, directly affected the specific investigative decisions we reviewed in Chapter Five, or that the justifications offered for these decisions were pretextual. See that's how it's done

Even more interesting is "directly affected the specific investigative decisions". That implies that bias could have indirectly affected the decisions. Meaning the bias could have consciously or unconsciously indirectly affected their investigative decisions by not giving full consideration to some evidence or not looking as hard in some directions. Glad you pointed that out. It makes me even more convinced that bias was present in the investigation.

Nice try ... that isn't the issue here ... The issue was that the IG found plenty of evidence that Ms.Clinton obstructed justice by destroying materials under subpoena. You asked for proof of that from the IG report ... then ignored it when it was posted to you ... you're dishonest.
You have to click your heels three times and keep repeating "there's no bias at the FBI" ... otherwise the fairy tale you're spinning won't come true.
So Trumpers have more information and experience than the IG and Chris Wray. Have they examined the actual reports from the various players the way the IG has? Nah. They cherry pick details and ignore the Executive Summary...
