It isn't the country bur the state and county that pays and maintains the voter registration system. Keep in mind, the state of Florida did a purge prior to the 2000 election in which many legitimate voters were barred from voting. Reason, they had similar names to dead people, criminals, and other individuals who cannot vote legally.

Maybe you need to follow your own advice. Nothing in the video suggested or mentioned illegal aliens. It mentioned non U.S. citizens.
