Not even sure that is possible since he is not an elected official. One needs actual proof of willful wrong doing to empeach any elected official, so far the Cons have Nothing and are in all likelihood simply wasting tax payer dollars and deverting attention away form them not doing what they are actually hired to do.

The evidence is there. But, like was said before; No political cajones!
According to the constitution, impeachment is a method of trying and removing from office, ANY FEDERAL OFFICIAL.
Conservatives need to play it smart and win in 2016 because if the Justice Department remains under Democratic control we will never get to the bottom of these scandals. Impeaching Holder would do no good since Obama will control whoever replaces him.
Ok. I said I did not know it applied here or not. But I will add that removal is not always the goal, sometimes it is more of a slap on the hand, as with Clinton.
I know you disagree but there is no getting to the bottom of some of the so-called scandals, and with any of those from what have come up it would be a waste of tax dollars to investigate them further since nothing would be done and those they would go after would all be out of office, there is no way this Nation will allow a past President to go to prison, it sets a bad precident for all politicians and they know it.
Yeah I disagree and it's not about sending Obama to prison. It's about sending Lois Lerner to prison Sending a message to government workers to keep their politics out of their administrative jobs. And making Hillary tell the truth for once.
Holder is the best campaign advertisement for the nonleft, let him run free and unfettered for the next two years, no telling how many more holes he will dig for the Democrats.
