    Stars are mineral, and minerals aren't 'born' nor do they 'die' - they exist, and that's because they've always existed. Only animal and vegetable organisms are born and die.

    Stars are gases. Minerals haven't always existed. Most atoms are created in stars or super novas. Everything in the universe was 'born' and will 'die'. Nothing has always existed and nothing lasts for ever.

    You never had a good science teacher did you?
