Not at all, if I were POTUS Trump, I'd gladly comply. "Consider it revoked, anyone else want to try this pathetic excuse of a so-called solidarity movement?" They can still speak their minds, they can still speak it against the POTUS. They just don't have privilege to review or gain access to classified information.

I guess the media can't afford to hire the best people because Trump is hogging them all, miright?

You get what you pay for. Do you understand capitalism?
Any way, the press is printing what sells. Today, that is the stupidity of the current WH admin. The 3 ring circus.

I suppose that's why, so far, this thread is barely 2pp long.

You think the popularity(or non-popularity) of a post damages its credibility? Look, if people want to uphold the level of 'acumen' that those reporters have as acceptable for them, then well that is indeed "what we pay for". Just don't expect any breathtaking news from them, or anything worth while to contribute to society.

Well, it's good we have you and other posters that are able to "see thru it all" and "know the truth".

I give Sarah Sanders a big hand for her ability to tolerate the burden of those she has to deal with. She's smart, quick, knowledgeable, and incredibly savvy as to the tactics of the press. Personally, I think they should give her the power to deal with bad behavior by sending the offending person to stand in the corner with a pointed hat until given permission to speak again.

You're mistaken, I didn't thank you, I mocked you and I'm sure it isn't any trouble. You just say what you're told.

It would depend a lot on who the candidate was, his perceived strengths and weaknesses. For instance I wouldn't ask a policy wonk policy wonk questions simply because I'd likely already know what his answers would be, those would be questions I'd save for the seat of his pants sort of guy like Trump. Trump has yet to surprise me, nor did Obama.

What on earth is stunning about two long time insiders ganging up against an Outsider. Not only is it not stunning it is utterly and insufferably predictable. There was once a time when leftists would have screamed bloody murder about Brenner's bald face lying about the survailling of American citizen by their own government but I guess it's perfectly fine with them as long as Democrats do it.

Most of them, out of gov't don't get access to new classified info.
They keep the status so they can talk to current gov't employers about classified matters and issues of the past. That will be lost. But who cares. tRUMPheads are happy.

Sorry no that isn't lost. When they revoke your clearance they don't sit you down and suck your memories out of your head.

They can't go into a meeting and discuss classified information anymore, yes?
For something new may come up in the meeting that is classified and then they'd likely be, or someone would, likely be in trouble.

If some one wishes to pick their brains about something in the past that can still be done. They can at need issue them a temporary clearance so they can look at the information and refresh their memories if need be.

Like... the fact that you are actually able to say that without vomiting is absolutely incredible to me. The utter hypocrisy and denial of reality is insane.

If McRaven wants his security clearance revoked, he should certainly have it. Call his bluff. In addition to revoking security clearance for everyone when their government employment ends, surely folks who want it revoked should have it.
