Iowa Caucus totally messed up

I know several people who did just that. I figured trump was lying with his promises and went 3rd party. I could not vote for a Clinton given he convinced the DP to stop representing working middle class people .

 

Well the news just said the dnc head said a recount would be done .

He must think sanders will win Iowa and the dnc cant have that! The DP got used to the corporate banking wall street financing of elections

 

Now that Bernie just made a speech that he won, Tom Perez is calling for a recanvass of the entire state. You just can't make this stuff up!

(A recanvass is a review of the reporting sheets from each caucus site; a recount is a hand review of each caucus-goer’s individual preference card.)

Democrats in Iowa and other places look like the Keystone Cops these days.

Again for a price to be named, my 5 year old grandson could come in and count the ballots for the democrats.

Well, the 8th Democrat debate is tomorrow night. Maybe they should just put a mud ring in the middle of the stage and let Sanders and Buttigieg fight it out.

I am not sure that is correct. In 2016, the DNC blocked Sanders from getting the nomination. They know that a communist can not get elected in this country. Also, take a look at the last three DNC Presidential Candidates. 2008/2012 a black man, 2016 a woman, 2020 a gay guy.

I think they did not want Sanders to get as many delegates as gayboy did, but when they meddling was so incompetent that they screwed things up. They knew meddling with the results would be obvious. So, they decided to accept the results, and move on to meddling with the next state's results.

 

They are moving on, but with no official results for Iowa. There really is no excuse for this. They have the location summary sheets (approx. 1700) and they have the individual cards that voters sign and turn in (approx. 172,000). Software failure is no reason that these votes could not have been counted by now.

I wonder if ABC debate moderators will ask Bernie and Buttigieg about the Iowa results at tonight's debate or try to avoid the subject. Even if they don't ask a direct question about Iowa, I would expect Bernie to say he won the popular vote. Get the popcorn!
