Ya, definitely not an idle threat but I suspect it's as much tongue in cheek as it is a legit target list in response to Trump's idiotic Tweeting.

 

What did you mean by "lone wolf," and the only innocents are those that don't support war criminal Trump? Walking off the steps for the mortar rounds just to hit Republican barracks, like that guy in Green Berets movie?

 

The innocents are all Americans and our soldiers. I am fine with them bankrupting him though — would go well with his moral bankruptcy.

 

Still have to explain how they can bankrupt him without committing a war crime. What about the guy who cuts the grass, you know, Bill Murray, if they kill him can and the gopher, can we kill a hundred thousand Iranians?

Fun fact: Bombing cultural heritage sites is a war crime, against numerous treaties we have signed and I believe against the Geneva Convention.

I just want to share that Iran has 27 significant ports used for military and oil industry (nearly 300 total, but many minor ones in that number) and 25 missile sites. Some of the ports are indeed culturally historic like the Port of Siraf. It's a legit target, cultural or not. Unless you folks that are outraged have more details, the President still has plausible deniability. In other words, you don't have anything. I think anyone doing the math on their facilities would have figured out that we are going to shut down their oil business and their missile capabilities.

I would say his tweet is awkward, inflammatory, but not a "war crime". Only a heavy duty partisan can make that claim and it's not credible.

 

The 80 million dollar bounty is a total joke.

It is based on each Iranian citizens donating $1 each. Good luck collecting, not to mention the Iranians who supported the killing of the terrorist commander Soleimani.

 

Something important to Iran and Iran's culture, culture being defined since Carter (Great Satan) as threatening death to nations for decades, might be any military site.

Now that you have watered it down considerably, Trump is smelling like a rose compared to Clinton running out of cruise missiles.

 

If he actually does it, we can all talk. Trump has many faults, but this one is fabricated.

Leaves a lot to be desired as far as messages from the president go.

I think he pulls that crap on purpose, just to get these responses. Then when he doesn't line step, he gets to throw it back in those that fell for it faces, like Jim Acosta, Maddow, etc. It is a crappy thing to do. Yep! Is it effective for his political career... Yep!
