Good points. I would think BLM motivated the expediting of body cam programs around the country. They are not perfect, but adopting them is a show of good faith in the effort to address the inequality in police treatment or perceived inequality.
Well, I'm glad you atleast have that much intellectual honesty to admit that in this particular situation. But I would still bet, based on your posting history, that you refuse to accept the reality of what the BLM organization actually IS, as compared to what they claim to be. And admit you were also mistaken there as well.
Victor Laszlo ‏@Impolitics The armed terrorists who took over a wildlife refuge are acquitted on all counts following their brilliant defense strategy of being white. https://twitter.com/Impolitics/status/792139299479293952?ref_src=twsrc^tfw Big differences between BLM (Black Lives Matter) and BLM (Bureau of Land Management) protesters: one is black - the other white one is unarmed - the other armed Guess where all the violence takes place? In the black BLM protests. Why? Because, as shown via you tube videos on this forum previously, it is the government by way of agent provocateurs who create the violence. Police and federal agents do not attempt to create violence when the protesters are armed. Have you noticed the amount of police violence in North Dakota's oil pipeline protests? Cops have acted like jack booted Gestapo thugs with not one word of protest from far right anti-government pundits. By contrast police acted politely towards the Bureau of Land Management protesters because they were armed to the teeth. So, back to the OP question: is BLM (Ferguson) self defeating? The answer is YES. Self defeating because they refuse to do the one essential thing that guarantees freedom from government violence, thuggery, and tyranny: they refuse to appear at these protests fully armed with high powered weaponry. IT IS THEIR REFUSAL TO USE THEIR SECOND AMENDMENT RIGHTS WHICH CAUSES THEIR CONTINUAL LOSSES.
the blm group was a failure because they did not see this as a issue that effects all races... and many of their supporters were in fact racists imo yes, in some areas blacks were effected more by it, but it was still a issue that effected all races, so it should of been address as such as far as your other arguments, we expect more from law enforcement then criminals, so your argument is way off base we all want good cops, we just do not want bad cops or bad citizens attacking all cops because of the bad acts of a few woudl be like attacking all civilians because of the acts of a few bad civilians "black lives matter too" should of been the logo imo .
In that case, if anything they are increasing it. When you are constantly called racist by blacks, for no other reason than being white, some tend to become racist.
Well that is their goal. Look at their demands. I would say that people that become racist becase they are called that, always were. My white ass (mixed race really but i look white enough) invites them to call me racist. If they aren't calling you racist it's because you support them. Not being a supporter of this terrorist organization shouldn't make a person racist. Not really.
I never claimed that I was a racist because people called me a racist. You are projecting. Indeed, you cant make this stuff up. If it means anything, I truly do hope you develop critical thinking and use it. Your agenda seems to consume you, and reason becomes 2nd to your agenda.
Of the many factors leading to Trump becoming president, BLM riots are way up the list. The majority of Americans do not like riots. But don't expect the DNC to figure that out anytime soon. - - - Updated - - - No, I believe there is some merit in that. Hate on someone long enough and surprise, they actually come to hate you back.
