Wrong again and again you are reaching for what you want to have happen and not what has been show to be true. I know you are desperate to somehow make Hillary illegible to run since she can probably beat over 75% of the possible GOP candidates and the election is nearly two years away. Instead of focusing your attention on her why not try getting your Senators and Congressmen to do their job and accomplish something during that time actions speak far more loudly than words, then maybe the GOP will get enough swing voters to support their candidate, well if the candidate is not some far-right wingnut.

A fact they keep ignoring. And they'll have ten more pages before the day is over never mentioning that fact. It's like a lynch mob slobbering in their own hate, without all the evidence.

I dunno. I think the public will stand for all of the scandals, that the MSM is willing to ignore. I mean, think of the rather long list of scandals that she's been involved in. Most of them have never cleared her or been resolved; the media just gave up and they became "old news."

The only thing that is going to put Hillary out of business is a full scale revolt by the Democratic party, or some other hopie-changie they can run too. It won't be the public or the media.

fact General Petraeus pleaded guilty of unauthorized removal and retention of classified material, and the crime he was charged with happened before 2014. he received two years probation. so the likely crime isn't just she used only personal emails the crime is they contained classified martial

let me guess next you going to try to tell us all of the 4 years the H. Clinton was secretary of state not one e-mail was sent by her or to her that didn't obtain classified martial?

LOL, Walker will never get the GOP nomination no less win the Whitehouse.

Silly boy, I am not a Hillary supporter and hope the Dems find someone better and the Cons run an acceptable candidate for a change so the American People actually have a choice this time around.

Nope, that will be up to the courts and that is on the way since she thwarted previous FOIA requests by not archiving the pertinent information.

I don't think Hillary is done. While this will get messy for her for awhile, I doubt that it will amount to much in the end. If you've noticed, the GOP candidates have not gone after this email issue nearly as intensely as I would have imagined. It's because many of them have done similar things with their own email while in office. I'm not condoning this email secrecy, but it happens on both sides of the aisle. I still believe Hillary will be the democratic nominee. However, I think the political landscape for the general election is beginning to change and that her chances of winning the White House are not looking as good as they were in 2014. Time will tell.

The rules for archiving emails was on the books since 2009 and the Federal Records Act long before that.

and she did archive her emails, that was why she was able to provide them

2014 was the year that it became illegal to use private email for gov business

"That Story About Hillary Clinton’s Private Email Account Isn’t as Awful as It Seems"

    http://thedailybanter.com/2015/03/story-hillary-clintons-private-email-account-isnt-awful-seems/

"The article doesn’t say which federal regulation, though. Why? Perhaps because the federal regulations went into effect in late November, 2014 when President Obama signed H.R. 1233, modernizing the Federal Records Act of 1950 to include electronic communications. It was signed two years after Clinton stepped down."

Courts do not deal with anything until an investigator provides hard evidence to a prosecutor and the prosecutor believes there is enough to file charges and a grand jury agrees there is enough evidence to bring it to trial. We are not even past the first step but it seems you want to jump past even a trail and go ahead and convict based on your own opinion and wishes. That is not how it will go down if it goes anywhere at all.

Wrong again, they are supposed to be turned over to the archive of the division. She didn't turn over anything until she was out of office for 23 months and only because she got caught. In the meanwhile, previous FOIA's never came up with anything because they were not archived and will be part of the investigation.

I put a link on this or another thread. The 2009 one was superseded by the 2014 rule requiring all business be done on official email.

That was not the only guidance, just the latest...Here is one from a year earlier, which changed even older guidance

    http://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/bulletins/2013/2013-03.html

    This goes back to 2011

    http://www.gpo.gov/fdsys/granule/CFR-2011-title36-vol3/CFR-2011-title36-vol3-sec1236-22

This references BoBo's guidance from 2009

    http://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/pdf/baron-raco2010.pdf

The idea that there were not E-mail rules for Hillary to violate before 2014 is simply not true. Worse, her actual practice seems to directly conflict with Obama's 2009 guidance for transparency in government.

She has pissed off a few judges that have required the information by FOIA.

the poster said having a private email was not illegal under Colin Powell, I said it was not under Clinton either, this is true for both of them

these was a policy in 2009 that they must archive emails, she did that too or would not of been able to provide them as she has done

She has provided E-mail. We have no evidence at all that she has provided ALL the E-mail, which was the purpose of guidance in place since at least 2009.
