Is Homemade Ice Cream the Best?

I like to make homemade ice cream but it is very expensive to make a half gallon, so, I only make it sporadically. I will testify that homemade ice cream is so much better than the store bought ice cream because homemade ice cream does not have all that air injected into i.

 

Yes, although I tend to make gelatos and sorbets more often than I make ice cream.
