I am single and I am in way above average physical shape and conditioning but I also was driving in the early 1980's! LOL!!

Anyways....since I am not attached I have been dating a few young women aged in their 20's and girls today as just sex crazy!!

Not that I am complaining but the other night for the first time in my life I had to admit I had had enough sex and it got me to thinking..."Am I too old?"

I have never turned down sex before when there was no excuse for me to do so but the other night it just got to a point where I was thinking...."MAN!!! These girls are sex crazy!!!"

I don't remember girls being anywhere near as uninhibited when I was in my 20's and although some guy's might think....well this is a good thing....I am starting to wonder if it is?

Since you are around 50 give or take, the girls you are sleeping with in their 20's probably have daddy issues. No offense, but that is just how I see it. You are not dipping you toes in the same end of the psych pool as you were in your 20's. You are probably comparing apples and oranges, to run my metaphors through the juicer.

Perhaps but I don't think the girls back when I was in my 20's were this sex crazy as they are today.

Maybe. Studio 54; Still sounds like Molly Ringwald in 16 Candles vs. Demi Moore in St Elmo's Fire type comparison.

Horseless carriages :clapping: :roflol: I spat on my computer

Never was into Disco and I was not old enough to get into Studio 54...before my time.

I absolutely HATED those BRAT PACK movies!! LOL!!!

One movie I did like back then was The Lost Boys.

Hey...the way I look at it is I have 20 something girls who are interested in me!

It is meaningless....and that's the way I prefer it.

I have to admit it literally kills me to keep my body in it's current shape.

When I was younger I didn't have to work out anywhere near as much as I do now and I have always kept up my body and not for reasons of vanity but rather reasons of survival.

Unlike body builders who lift low weight many many times....I lift the most weight I can and only do so 6 to 8 times in 3 reps.

This builds MUSCLE DENSITY....not MUSCLE MASS....as when you get too bulky you don't have as much flexibility.

But you do have strength and endurance.

I run...not jog but RUN...every day...6 miles one day and 11 miles the next and I run one or two 20 km's every month.

I also swim 1 mile either once or twice a week depending upon season and depending upon where I am as I tend to spend winters in Florida.

When I am in Florida I will swim in the open ocean a distance of 2 to 3 miles at least 2 times a week.

I need to do this as I am a Master Diver and I have over 100 wreck dives to my credit as well I also use Heliox for deep dives well under 200 feet of ocean water.

The swimming is a complete workout and is good for anyone at any age as it is no impact.

I recommend EVERYONE after 40 take joint supplements and everyone should take a Multivitamin every day.

Also a person should eat a lot of protein and NEVER eat margarine.

The American Medical Association finally came out a few years back and told people something I have known for years that being that the Cholesterol a person eats in their food is NOT the Cholesterol that builds up in a persons arteries!!!

A person can eat eggs and butter and animal protein with no issues!!!

What KILLS YOU is eating white bread and chips and any milled machine processed flour or starch as the human body cannot process this and it turns directly into artery blocking cholesterol in one's body.

Do you take antioxidants, especially Resveratrol?

Resveratrol has been found to protect the telomeres at the ends of chromosomes. Telomere protection helps keep cell replication healthy

No....but my diet is specific to eating a combination of high protein and high nutrient and antioxidant laden fruits and vegetables.

I try not to eat too much fructose laden fruit but I do eat quite a bit of leafy greens and onions, peppers...etc.

Fruit Juices I drink only 8 to 12 oz's a day and I do eat Dark Chocolate which has more antioxidants than eating a whole bushel of veggies.

Dairy is important but I will not eat soft cheeses or any processed polymer cheese.
