http://www.nccp.org/topics/childpoverty.html More than 16 million children in the United States 22% of all children live in families with incomes below the federal poverty level $23,550 a year for a family of four. Research shows that, on average, families need an income of about twice that level to cover basic expenses. Using this standard, 45% of children live in low-income families. How do you think, can we break this damned 29 poverty % or not? When will we understand that welfare leads not to better life?
If America had eugenics, I wonder if people would care more about taking care of the poor, knowing they would not breed excessively and all...
They just got eugenics via obamacare. America is still way behind, Europe, on the enslavement of its people.
You can never eliminate poverty while there is the concept of money. It is a natural pyramid of economy with wealth unequally distributed. Fact is most times when you try to eliminate poverty you just make more.
