That the Dems that I have been associated with since Mcgovern are now in favor of flooding the job market with illegal aliens and no longer support tariffs to protect american workers, even when Bernie who got my primary vote was for them.

 

So you're arguing they involuntarily contribute 1/6 of what they cost us. And only because those are taxes they can't avoid. Not a great argument for their continued presence here, eh?

I am the employer. That isnt how payroll taxes work. The employee has money withheld from their check. This is called income tax, and is approximated based on dependents and other factors. If the employee over pays the tax liability, they recieve a refund.

The employer also pays taxes on the employees wages. This is called payroll tax and is the liability of the employer. These are not subject to a refund.

I'm repeating what you said. The only question would be if that's the only thing that makes your blood boil on this subject.

 

The only reason illegals are paying taxes is because they have to buy buy things (sales tax) and some have obtained employment under phony SSN (income tax). You try to present this as a positive benefit. But it is no different than citizens who "contribute." In other words, these illegal aliens who are not supposed to be present in the country do not constitute a benefit merely because they pay some taxes (and criminally avoid filing tax returns).

Rendering your topic moot in the context of societal benefit. Citizens and legal immigrants also pay taxes, and generally to a greater extent file tax returns as the law requires.
