Yes we are funding nazis. Been doing it for 9 years straight, at least.

But now big daddy US deep state MIC has given the press its new marching orders....nazis vanished 13 months ago. Notice the dates of these articles.

In Today's Republican Party, I don't think so. Per her political positions, she is still more progressive than Bernie Sanders based on some of her stances on drug/criminal justice reform and most other social issues. Foreign policy, LGBTQ, and national security, she is more aligned with the GOP fear-mongering on certain immigrants and border security. She is a mixed bag and I think she is trying to change the DNC from Center Left/Right and more progressive, especially the issues she cares about.

The OP some five months old. I think now she is pretty much irrelevant. She has alienated the left, and given her positions, I don't think she will find many fans on the right, either. She's painted herself into a corner.

I'd be surprised if Trump picked her for the veep. I think he'll go for MTG, perhaps. I don't know, really. I do know this, it will be a sycophant and someone who'll never say no to his demands, he'll make sure the person is not another Pence. There is NO WAY Tulsi would have complied with his demands that he made on Pence on the Joint Session on 1/6. She knows it's unconstitutional, and she's military. She's pretty smart, though controversial. Why she's courting the right, I have no idea. That's a losing strategy, in the long run, I mean, for her career. In fact, I'm not convinced she even likes Trump. I'd be surprised if she does.

Tulsi is too patriotic and much to steeped in moral values to ever be a Democrat.

Funny -- When a democrat talks common sense, is religious, and loves the USA, they are called a republican. Example: Democrat Tulsi Gabbard.

I agree with Gabbard on just about everything and consider myself a conservative libertarian.

Maybe Gabbard has what it takes to close the partisan divide and help align middle ground americans?

WELL, YES: ‘They Think They’re God,’ Tulsi Gabbard Says of People ‘Trying To Erase Us as Women.’

'Former Democratic presidential candidate Tulsi Gabbard condemned certain powerful elements in the modern Democrat Party that undermine Americans’ God-given rights and weaponize federal agencies against the very people they’re supposed to be serving.'

It's sad that they do that and they must be stood up to.

'Speaking of the Democrats and others pushing transgender ideology, Gabbard said, “they think they’re God,” able to define the very nature of truth itself.'

Too many of them work to make the plain truth, unspeakable.

'The notion that biological males are truly women if they claim to identify that way is “insane on its face,” the former Democrat said '
Yes, women are so much more than that.

'“Anyone who has any common sense recognizes the insanity of what is happening before our very eyes,” she said. Yet the transgender movement also reveals “a deeper problem,” that “people in positions of power deny that there is such a thing as objective truth, such as the difference, the biological difference between a male and a female.”'

    Well said!

Before you get too excited about what Wiki says you may want to watch her in her own words on firearms.

No, the DNC has shifted so far to the left she is now in the middle. Same thing with Bill Maher.

The one doesn't you're party vote for her. I mean who's in office now Joe Biden... I think she would be a strong contender for whatever the Republicans bring. But I'm not sure it didn't seem like she got a lot of traction in the last round probably because she went up against Hillary.

I think the Democratic party is having the same problem the Republican party's having from my standpoint.

    Way too many old timers.

Let me offer this from a swing voter, non-affiliated, less to non-partisan’s perspective. Left vs. Liberal. I view them the same as I view the right vs. conservative. I do however think there’s a big difference between progressives, (hardcore ultra-leftists) and liberals. Yes, Tulsi Gabbard is a liberal in my book as is Joe Manchin and Sinema. But they not progressives like the AOC and the squad. I could never support a progressive, too far left for me, but I do support many liberals and Democrats as I do support many traditional conservatives and Republicans. But not Trump nor his chosen candidates. I consider Trump devoid of a political ideology and his followers as supporting the man and not the conservative ideology. Especially, traditional conservatism. Remember, Trump has switched parties 7 times, each time adopting the political philosophy of the party he belonged to at the time.

How one views the difference between liberal, progressive, left is in the eye of the beholder. You have how I view them above.

It all moot. If Trump doesn't get it, DeSantis will. (DeSantis is my choice.)
The rest are all participating just for egotism and TV face time.

Let me ask you a question? Do you support universal health care, where taxes on the affluent would increase (according to affluence) but there would be no premiums for those who opt in and no increased taxes below a certain earnings threshold (which needs to be ironed out) ?

First of all it's PUTIN that "damn near" has the world headed to nuclear war. I think you should read up on the historical view of Nevil Chamberlain; you are mimicking him. And, two, where what your outrage when Dubya started two wars in deep "shithole" countries, that lasted longer than any other war we've ever been in and cost more than we're spending in Ukraine, for less reason and purpose?

It never works that way. Most of us are too entranced with looking at the tax rate or bracket. The top percentage or bracket, currently at 37%. This is on income, salaries basically. Then you have capital gains tax where the top bracket is 20%. The rich, wealthy, etc. they employ an army of tax accountants and CPA’s to ensure they don’t fall into the top bracket on income. Due to different types of deductions and loopholes in our tax system, someone making 5 million in salary can have that cut down to a cool million or less. There’s a lot of investing going on also, in tax free bonds, stocks, real estate and other types that reduce the amount earned and taxed.

Stocks make a profit when selling them, you pay the capital gains rate, not the income rate. A lot of rich CEO’s as an example receive a modest salary, say 100,000 dollars with the rest going into stocks, bonds and other type of investments that are tax free or until cashed in or sold. There’s been some CEO’s who took just one dollar in annual salary with the rest of their million dollars or more part of their contract agreement going into stock options and other types of investments. You ever hear the phrase, asset rich, cash poor? A lot of billionaires fall into that category.

What you say is very true. Giving tax breaks for investing is a key element in growing businesses nationwide. Investing is risky. Tax breaks ameliorate the risk and help provide the investments American businesses need to thrive and grow.

The 2014 Coup was on Biden's watch. Biden was in on it, as was that vile bitch Victoria Nuland as some other swamp rats. Obama and Biden started the war 9 years ago. You may have forget, they also started the Syria war by arming ISIS. The US still occupies 1/3 of Syria.

Who are you mimicking? Biden is arming nazis. You good with that? Well Russia isn't and I hope they cleanse the entire ukraine of nazis.

Because the MIC and their merry band of swamp rats can't keep their noses out of places they don't belong. Ukraine is but yet another Coup **** up by the turds in DC. Just add it to the other dozens of bright ideas that went bad. Like arming ISIS in Syria, wow that was super smart. Hey, let's arm Neo-nazis in ukraine...sounds like a great idea. :bored:

ISIS is our enemy. They have attacked u on our home territory.
But why do we care about Ukraine? If Ukraine dropped off the face of the earth tomorrow it would have no impact on America at all. Why are we wasting billions? e might as well just load billions into a space vehicle and launch it into space.
