    Unlike you--apparently--I do not feel the need to differentiate between this country and our government.

    No, I do not believe in everything that this government has ever done.

    But I do support the American government, generally.

    And I do not compare it to some abstract ideal; but to other actual governments.

    After having done so, I cannot imagine a single government--anywhere else in the world--that I would prefer to the American government.

    Can you?
