Learn the difference. Presidents can write EOs and they can declare national emergencies, but no president has ever done what Trump did by defying something the Congress specifically ruled against. Your "but Obama" argument blew up in your face because DACA was challenged in the courts, and it was found to be constitutional. Trumps power/money-grab is not going to survive.

What about the other drugs, the 10-20% coming over the southern border, as well as the human trafficking. Should that be ignored because they're coming in anyway?
