The Talmud are the oral traditions which were given to the 70 elders at the mount of Mt. Sinai which many Jews believed were given a far more comprehensive message than Moses received, and are the basis of Rabbinic Judaism, which most Jews believe in today. The video has many Rabbis discounting the Old Testament completely. They don't believe in much of the Torah, at all.
