Even if all that was true it's not relevant to his presidency. If it happened it happened before he was in office.

Clinton got his self in hot water for what he did consensually after he became president. The only thing that followed him into office were legal cases involving workplace sex violtaions and rape accusations. You don't get a get out of jail free card when you are elected as president

Cohen has HIS cancelled check. He's free to write her another one, so is Trump. Campaign funds are the ONLT legal issue. Infidelity in or out of office isn't illegal. Neither is being the victim of extortion a decade after the fact.

Then you didn't actually read my post. The lying to the public happened during his presidency. The attempts to intimidate her into silence happened during his presidency. Everything else I mentioned other than that was about his presidential campaign, and it is abject insanity to say that his campaign for presidency is not relevant to his presidency.

    1) I didn't say anything about "illegal" 2) Whoever is gullible enough to believe that Cohen received no compensation, that he simply gave his employer $130,000 in charity without any expectation of compensation, is free to continue in that blind faith

Or it could be they are making an attempt to be responsible..... you know, the way mainstream journalism works...

Still trying to figure out what afaik could mean....

    SNIP
Three sources confirmed to CNN that Clifford made new claims about Trump in the interview. CBS is vetting the information, the sources said.

I believe it's very probable Cohen did this without any FIRM commitment of compensation..... I'm sure he had an expectation of compensation, but that plus $5 will get you a coffee (small) at Starbucks...

    Take your Alt Facts elsewhere.
Thank you for admitting that you were wrong. The Far Right have been on Clinton for more than thirty years. No one has forgiven him anything.

It's not the expectation of compensation that hangs him, Egoboy; it's that he did it in the first place and was using Trump.Org email to do it.

Yes, it's the money. And the case is that when he used the house line of credit in a political context to get Trump out of hot water, he crossed the line.

I think Cohen was repaid. Reports say Cohen griped about Trump not paying his invoice in a timely manner. Too bad Cohen hadn't the presence of mind to record his "negotiated" payment. "Or else" would land Stormy in prison, and it still might if she's returned to the well.

Well sure, Cohen is hung... no questions... the only question is if this payoff can be placed on Trump, and I suspect it cannot... and the fact that he used Trump.org domain to do the business doesn't remotely affect Trump directly...

However, I agree with others on here that this could lead to campaign finance issues, which are probably going to be slaps on the wrist as well...

Stormy is most likely an interesting distraction while we wait for Mueller...

Stormy is free and clear for good; it is the Trumpensteens who thought they could flirt with campaign laws who are in trouble.

*Shrug* I don't know about anyone else but as for myself, I really don't give a rat's behind what sex issues he has. That's between him, his wife, and whatever sluts enter into an agreement with him. The very fact that these very lowlife questionable gutter rats couldn't even stick to their part of the bargain shows they lack credibility and they'd do or say pretty much anything for money.

All I care about is what direction he's taking this country. Is he getting it back on track after Obama and his corrupt minions have all but destroyed it? Yes, and he's doing a phenomenal job which most with a brain would agree.

Political context? Where do come up with your nonsense? Affair 2006, extortion 2016. Stormy wanted it portrayed in an imaginary "political context" too ... it's worth more in a "shiny" pkg. Campaign funds weren't given to the felonious harlot. End of BS.

Clinton was forgiven when he was running for office and did his mea culpa interview with Hillary by his side. Once again though he lied and continued his behavior and that led to his impeachment.

His lawyer is still trying to hush her up and, although he has his people out saying that the President denies the relationship, his lawyer paid her to keep photographic evidence under wraps. I don't know about you, but I can do the math.

All in all it's nothing about nothing and just another attempt by the DNC media to undermine the Trump presidency and is more evidence that the Russian collusion conspiracy theory was a wash out. If the left wants to obsess on this that's fine but in the end it's just makes them look cheap and tawdry. Having at it you want but I have more important issues on my mind than whether or not Trump did a porn star.

The election was for office, not forgiveness. The far right has continually had its nose bloodied for continuing to attack the Clintons. Now it will be Trump who is metaphorically bloodied and driven from office.

At least four senior members of the Trump campaign have been caught, in the very least, attempting to collude and attempting to do exactly what they are accused of, leaving Trumpeters with nothing but, "Uh . . uh . . .well, they TRIED, but they failed somehow." We'll see. And Trump's "defenders" are stuck trying to change the subject to Democrats or the left because they can't defend the man on his own merit. Now they are trying to use the hypocrisy of the Clintonites to excuse their own hypocrisy. Sad.

If CBS thought they were going to increase 60 Minutes ratings by hiring Oprah, who are Oprah fans, who pays attention to Oprah ?

The low information, welfare queens, women alcoholics, women who don't have a real life and sit in front of the television all day long watching soap opera's and programs like the "View." When the mid day and evening local news comes on, they change the channel. They are the same people who keep the tabloids newspapers in business that you see at the checkout stands at the grocery store.

Holy rocky mountain oysters...that'show Obama got elected.

Still not on speaking terms? Stormy just acknowledged Cohen owns her. She's trying to negotiate buying her own freedom from indentured servitude. Her stocks have risen dramatically though during the 10 yr interem. I'd say with inflation, and fair market price indexed in, that 2006 $130K investment is worth maybe $ 1.3 billion? lol http://dailycaller.com/2018/03/12/stormy-daniels-payment-return/

    She boxed Trump in.

If he does not go forward, she gets to reveal the tapes and texts and that he lied.

If he does go forward, he admits he is the guy and lied.

And that he possibly has a felony hanging over his head.
