Better than being sent to re-education camps, I guess, although the woke want to makere-education a condition of employment.

She'll get her empaneled grand jury, and that will speed up the process.

Georgia prosecutor can impanel a grand jury in investigation of Trump’s efforts to overturn state’s election results, court says

The Fulton County Superior Court said Monday that Fani Willis (D) could move ahead and impanel a grand jury. The Atlanta-area prosecutor is weighing whether former president Donald Trump and others committed crimes by trying to pressure Georgia election officials.

Now that the former Obstructionist-in-Chief has had his EP case blown up by the SC it doesn't bode well for acolytes like Meadows who were depending on the orange moron to win his case in order to keep stonewalling the 1/6 committee.

Georgia County Judges Grant DA Request For Special Grand Jury In Trump Election Steal Probe

A request by Georgia’s Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis for a special grant jury in her election interference probe into former President Trump was granted by a panel of county judges on Monday.

In the order, Christopher Brasher, chief judge of the Superior Court of Fulton County, wrote that Willis’ request issued last week was considered and approved by a majority of the judges on the court.

Brasher wrote the special grand jury is scheduled to commence starting on May 2 and can continue to do so for a period of time that does “not to exceed 12 months.”

“The special purpose grand jury shall be authorized to investigate any and all facts and circumstances relating directly or indirectly to alleged violations of the laws of the State of Georgia,” Brasher wrote.

Good to see things will be able to move forward quickly. Meaning witnesses who have refused to give testimony will be subpoenaed.

No digging necessary. You post speak for themselves.
13,000 post over 6 years and you can't even figure out the basic forum rules?
And then claim others have a problem?
    Go figure

The Case for Impeaching Clarence Thomas

In a sane world, Jane Mayer’s excellent piece on Ginni Thomas in The New Yorker would set off a series of events that would lead to her husband Clarence Thomas’s impeachment and removal from the Supreme Court. Ginni is involved with numerous far-right organizations and schemes that take very public positions on court decisions across a range of social and political issues, such as last week’s 8–1 holding that Donald Trump could not block the release of documents related to the January 6, 2021, insurrection.

Thomas was the lone dissenter in that case. His wife sat on the advisory board of a group that sent busloads of insurrectionists to Washington on January 6. In addition, she cheered the insurrection on Facebook. It’s just the most recent example where she has been involved in activities that directly or indirectly place her activism before the court, and her husband does not care how corrupt it looks.

They’ve been doing this for years. This first occasion was back in 2000, in a case Mayer doesn’t even go into, when it was revealed after that election that as a Heritage Foundation staffer, Ginni was screening résumés for the incoming Bush administration while the nation awaited a ruling from the court on the Florida recount. There was pressure then on Thomas to recuse himself.

The evidence warranting his impeachment is unassailable.

A federal judge indicated Monday he will reject an urgent bid by John Eastman — the attorney who spearheaded Donald Trump’s effort to pressure Mike Pence to single-handedly overturn the 2020 election — to invalidate a subpoena issued last week by the Jan. 6 select committee to Chapman University, Eastman’s former employer.

Instead, Judge David Carter ordered Eastman to work with the Jan. 6 panel to produce a log of documents that Eastman wants the university to withhold, citing a variety of confidentiality restrictions and privileges.

Trump's minions aren't having a lot of success trying to stonewall the 1/6 committee.

    More fake news.

The View Lies About Justice Thomas’s Wife Being ‘Part of the Insurrection.’

“The claim that Ginni was ‘very involved in’ the January 6 riot has been debunked for a while now. Even PolitiFact found the claims ‘false.’ ‘There’s no evidence that Thomas was involved in organizing the events that unfolded on Jan. 6,’ they wrote. ‘She has not been subpoenaed by the House select committee investigating the attack and rumors that she helped organize busing for Trump supporters that day have not been supported.’”

How can these folks lie so much and so continuously in service of the most extreme of the Left and wonder at their loss of audience and credibility?

Ginni's nutbaggery is only now fully coming to light.

Ginni Thomas Admits She Attended Jan. 6 Rally — Before It Got ‘Cold’ And She Left Early

Ginni Thomas, the wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, admitted that she attended the Jan. 6 “Stop the Steal” rally that preceded the deadly Capitol insurrection — but only until she “got cold and left early,” Thomas told the Washington Free Beacon in a report published Monday.

Speaking to the Beacon, Thomas claimed that she was in the rally crowd for a “short time” the morning of Jan. 6, but went home before Trump took the stage at noon that day. Thomas, in her words, said her presence at the Ellipse that morning was the extent of her activity.

“I was disappointed and frustrated that there was violence that happened following a peaceful gathering of Trump supporters on the Ellipse on Jan. 6,” Thomas told the Beacon. “There are important and legitimate substantive questions about achieving goals like electoral integrity, racial equality, and political accountability that a democratic system like ours needs to be able to discuss and debate rationally in the political square. I fear we are losing that ability.”

It's very odd that she's so open about accepting the crazy.

Ginni attended the celebration of the crazy on 1/6 and then her hubby was the only member of the SC to vote against Trump being forced to release the 1/6 related documents Trump was preventing the 1/6 committee from obtaining. The Thomas' are a prime example of Trumpery. They flaunt their power, abuse protocol, and walk to the water's edge of criminal behavior in breaking rules.
