How soon some forget who Trump beat in the 2016 republican primary -- Ted Cruz, Texas Senator; John Kasich, gov of Ohio; Marco Rubio, FL Sen; Ben Carson, neurosurgeon; Jeb Bush, gov of FL; Chris Christie, gov of NJ; Mike Huckabee, gov of AR; Carley Fiorina, CEO; Jim Gilmore, gov of VA; Rick Santorum, PA Sen and Rand Paul, KY Sen. That adds up to Trump beating 4 popular U.S. senators; 5 popular governors; a doctor and a CEO. Then he won against the top democratic challenger, Hillary. So now tell me why you think an even more popular Trump should worry about Bloomberg or any other democratic challenger? It's going to be Trump in 2020. Accept the obvious.
Consider this, hypothetically the Bloomberg/Clinton ticket wins, Bloomberg resigns, then what have we got? It would certainly seem illegitimate but what would be America's recourse? Don't dismiss this scenario out of hand, the Dems tried every dirty trick in the book so far, what's to stop something like this.
