Mac-7 is literally doing the same thing, and you're reacting to his comment just as he was reacting to Jamele Hill's. The difference is that Jamele Hill - and by extension, ESPN - have success to consider, and have to ask themselves if they are succeeding by engaging in this sort of political expression. Ratings indicate not. Um...unknown poster actually says something overtly racist by bloviating that an entire race is 'dumb about race', and comparing an entire race's intellectual prowess on the topic to a 7 year old. Look inside. It's not a good environment you've created in your hatred.
Well, here's the deal. The employee is allowed to have personal conduct clauses in their contracts. People who are employed and are in the public eye reflect on the employer; hence the clauses. What matters here is the reaction by the employer. There is consistency here, but not the type that plays well (obviously) with American viewership. They are consistently firing those who express political opinions that do not align with their leftist views, and plainly leaving alone those who express leftism. That decision is a major reason why ESPN is tanking. But leftists will continue to deny this while also doing the same for the DNC. It's a great example of extinction via suicide.
Mike Ditka is replaced on ESPN Sunday NFL Countdown one week after calling Obama the 'worst president we've ever had'
Nothing idiotic about his comments; he was 100% correct. I think you honestly don't know what he actually said.
First they came from the Nazis, then the KKK, then the Christians, then white people in general. They will never stop till they obtain compete power or are destroyed trying.
Sure. But they are like .1% of the population and have been around forever. Seems the collective has decided to become the Nazi/KKK PR machine and is attempting to paint America as a evil racist nation dominated by Nazis. I'm sure the KKK/Nazis enjoy all the free attention you people provide them. Collectivist = KKK/Nazi PR machine
Irrelevant. People don't like Nazis or the KKK, they made attention for themselves by holding that rally and they're paying for it since now they feel they're being "oppressed."
Antifa labels anyone they disagree with a Nazi, then justify the use of violence. Standard-less collectivist give them a pass because they are attacking people who resist assimilation.
You call these Nazis and Klansmen "people who resist assimilation" like they're something to be proud of, when really they deserve to be attacked.
They been doing rallies forever. Wasn't till you people became their PR machine, does it make the news every time they hold one.
So attacking Milo in Berkeley was kkk/Nazis? They just use the label, apply it to political opposition, and then justify violence.
Blame social media, they made it known on there. There's probably other ones being planned or held right now.
Don't care much for Milo, but in this case regarding Charlottesville I'm siding with anyone who calls out white nationalists.
Is Milo a Nazi? Seems anyone who sides with the right, is labeled a Nazi and collectivist like you justify violence against them. Scary times. You hate Nazis so much, that hatred has consumed you and turned you into one. That's why you justify violence. Pretty lame.
Yeah, problem is - as the very subject of this thread proves - you intolerant, hate filled liberals consider any republican or Trump supporter as one of "those kinds of people." Your attitude is despicable. Go move to North Korea, they would love you there. (Actually they would throw you in a concentration camp and you would learn what *real* fascism is)
