Why would the ruling Conservative party listen to Corbyn?

My post is about New Labour hawks, not Tory war merchants.

It is only the end of 2015 & the Corbenite has suffered so many attacks from the UK media. By 2020 when the next election is held (if he is still leader) his & Labour's chance of election into Government will be well & truly be destroyed.

I have no doubt that Corbyn will NEVER be elected. Even if the Tories make a mess of everything. No one will vote for a man with a beard.

What atheist would use the "Germanic" days of the week which refer to ancient gods such as Woden (Wednesday) and Tyr (Thursday)?

One who used the widely accepted terms for them like the rival Christian sects do.

By the way, they're all Gods. Greek, Roman, then Germanic. The first six months are all named after Roman Gods too. (Excepting February, which is named after a pagan festival on the 15th)

Funny that the Tories and press were calling it a referendum on Corbyn's leadership until the result came in. Then suddenly it was because the candidate was right wing and not one mention of the referendum on Corbyn's leadership!

The link I posted was from well before Meacher died. Whatever your posturing Its clear that McMahon is not a pro corbynite. Labour winning a east they always win with a very very popukar local condidate is hardly an endorsement of corbyn.

Corbyn has to be able to win Marginals like Corby where his Pro IRA and pro hamas comments will sink him

He's the archetypal 'playing to the gallery' politician who says what he thinks everyone wants to hear. Not only that, he's totally out of his depth. [IMG] Actually, now I think about it, that could apply to any of the occupants of both front benches! [IMG]

Yeah I really got to suck that up, Labour % of vote rose from 54.8% to 62.1% an increase of 7.3%. A 2.3% swing to Labour at a time when sad (*)(*)(*)(*)s are doing everything they can to bash the Labour Leadership. When next election comes around we will of had years of the Tory "austerity" people will be screaming to get them out of power. That is if the Tories have not ripped themselves apart over Europe.

No a massive drop in voters who couldn;t care less. Corbyn is still way behind in the Polls. If this is a victory you are really in for a surprise.

Never trust a man that doesn't drink or a man that has a beard.

Unfortunately for Corbyn he is both!
