Jews protest against Ilhan Omar at Times Square

Good for them for protesting. I am not comfortable with anti-jewish people being elected to Congress. Congressional members should not be against any religion.

 

The woman is subject to death threats all the time and this continued shrill is what is encouraging that.

Carry on then fighting against the right of your politicians to do their job and encouraging their killing but you are not a person who supports a democracy. It would appear you believe your politicians have no right to do their job if they are Muslim and if that requires their killing so be it. This woman is deliberately being wrongly reported by people who do not want what she has to say to be reported.

 

Well she certainly is not anti jewish or antisemetic. There are plenty of Jewish people to say that and to make clear that this is about political view which they share with her, not about being anti Jewish. Do you have any problems with the anti Muslims hatred which permeates your society. You can see even from this thread that the hatred people are pouring on her is being continually aligned with her being a Muslim not with anything which she may have said which was deliberately wrongly reported.

Which Jews do you support - those who support her or the few who did this ugly protest. Are you not anti Jewish for not supporting the Jews who support her and believing Jews of this political view have no place in your political system?

Perhaps there are death threats but I seriously doubt it. Lies form a part of who she is and this is only an effort to silence opposition, and silencing opposition is the Muslim way. This should not deter anyone's free speech or criticism of Omar.

Wow! How am I fighting against politicians doing their job? I'm only offering the opinion that this woman is an idiot, and the evidence is all there. And encouraging murder? That's as ignorant a comment as I've seen on these boards and could only come from a Muslim.

What is going unreported and what is this woman's job? She is using her right of free speech, as are her critics. Muslims may be uncomfortable with this concept so perhaps Omar, and you, would feel better in Somalia, or some other Islamic ghetto. But please leave your third world concepts of free speech, and education restrictions, in those backward countries which are deliberately encouraging such ignorance and poverty.
