The former sheriff said he met twice recently with Steve Bannon, the former White House chief strategist who has sought to recruit anti-establishment Senate candidates. http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/j...ays-he-met-steve-bannon-twice/article/2638479 Hanging out with Bannon is a kiss of death.
As a 67 year old progressive I agree, the future belongs to the young , nothing will change until these bloated white racists die off
The Arizona senate race is a 50-50 proposition at the moment. Kyrsten Sinema, a Democratic U.S. Representative is no slouch. Aganist either McSally or Ward, it's a dead even race. Both Trump and Apario are below water in Arizona. I think if the GOP is going to retain the Arizona seat, they will have to do it with a more mainstream and established, experienced candidate.
I listed Bernie Sanders along with Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden as being too old. I said the cutoff should be around 65. If Bernie Sanders runs in 2020 he will be 78. Joe Biden will be 77. If they were to somehow win 2 terms they would be 86 and 85 when done. I think we need to be looking for younger leadership in our politics.
Democrat Running For AZ Senate Once Led Leftist Group That Portrayed American Soldiers As Terror Causing Skeletons
When it comes to these races, senate and the house I'm more interested in the trends, the numbers, indicators that tell me about the probable results. When I look at the over all picture of what may be left standing after November, ideology, philosophy, party has nothing to do with stating whom I think will win or lose. What you say may be very well true. But it doesn't change the current numbers, trends and indicators that are present in Arizona today.
You think Arizona, in the aftermath of losing John McCain, will vote for a numb-skull That Portrayed American Soldiers As Terror Causing Skeletons, over the first female combat fighter pilot? That's a pretty stark choice!
aw heck, let’s not spoil a good argument with facts, right? he is not a convicted felon. no matter how louldly you scream at the sky, clench your fists, and stamp your feet, he is not a convicted felon! besideswhich a felony does not disqualify a citizen from running for elective office. ffs, democrat marion barry got reelected as mayor of dc WHILE HE WAS IN PRISON!!!
I had not missed him. I used to post with him on a different Forum. So where is Cigar? I want to also know.
I think if the election was held today, Sinema wins. With approximately two months to go, what would happen today doesn't mean much. Arizona is in the pure tossup column, but I would bet Sinema today, next week, who knows.
Trashing those that serve us at great peril to themselves doesn't tend to go over well with Red State voters, and what a contrast with her opponent, the first female combat pilot. I suspect that this contrast is not baked into the poll numbers, though it will be by election day.
She called Republicans crazy in 2011 and now says her state is a meth lab of democracy. If her state is that bad what has she done to try and fix it? What is her plan? You can't say stuff like that without a plan to fix it. Republicans in AZ need to get out and vote or she is likely to try and do some crazy stuff in that state.
She'd like to turn it into San Francisco. Democrat Candidate for Arizona Senator Krysten Sinema Repeatedly Mocked Arizonans as "Crazy" in a Pep Talk for Left-Wingers I'd like to add a seventh "C," Krysten. What the hell is it with female Democrats and Stripper Spellings of the name Kristin by the way? Terrorist Connection: Krystynxxx actually has a bona-fide terrorist connection. Not a fake news one. Real. She promoted and defended the attorney of the so-called "Blind Sheikh," who masterminded the first WTC bombing in 1993, who herself was convicted of deliberately rendering aid to terrorists.
