We have to stop the bleeding. I have registered with the People Party Movement who are working diligently and successfully to have a viable candidate for 2024 but for right low we must stop the wannabe dictator WHO HAS ANNOUNCED HIS INTENTIONS of throwing our ballots away. He must be stopped!
That was quite the post only about Trump. You didn't address Joe's possible dementia problems. It seems as though you have an agenda. Trump isn't a great public speaker on the spot. Joe just can't speak at all.
This post (2 times in a row for you) is why I am not voting 3rd party this year. I'm switching to the red ballot.
Well it was a poor attempt at something but not what you think. It was simply an attempt to correlate Moolks reasoning to make a point. It was a spectacular fail.
I'm talking about alt left radicals trying to force everyone to their opinion-side. "IF YOU DON'T VOTE LEFT YOU AREN'T AMERICAN" mindset. Which is why I'm going from 3rd party vote to Trump vote. And there are tons more like me.
You are not an American if you allow a tin-pot dictator POS to steal an election. There is zero about this sociopath that is what the USA was founded upon...full stop!
See- this is why I'm not voting 3rd party this year. Because of people like you. So many others like me too that voted 3rd and are switching to red just for this election. Yikes!
I didn't claim otherwise. I think you meant to respond to someone else. I was responding to a poster who used that exact quote to say that Trump botched the pledge when he actually didn't. Read the whole thread
What he said: “He’s not responsible for you as president, your family or your wellbeing. I don’t see the presidency that way. I don’t pledge allegiance to red states of America or blue states of America, I pledge allegiance to the United States of America. One nation, indivisible under God. For real. I’m running as a proud Democrat, but I’m not going to govern as a Democratic president, I’m going to govern as president.“
I've actually been pretty fair to both Biden and Trump on this thread after my initial post that was clearly a joke (about Biden's health). See my convo with Yard
Oh well sorry I didn't mean to say it like that. Biden recited lines, Trump was just saying the name. I can see where the confusion lies.
I see you're new here. I'll just let you do your own thing. Enjoy your left wing commission or whatever you call it.
Yes, he spoke those words. That happened. No one's denying that. This is the issue: You are criticizing him for an incorrect recitation of the Oath. He was not reciting the Oath.
You'd think the 8-second length would be a clue that someone's trying to make something out of nothing. If they want to criticize Biden, something substantive would serve them better. But that's Trump's appeal (for some) I guess - "fast food politics", no thought required.
Here you go. For some reason [a deceptively edited 8-sec clip], people seem to think he was formally reciting the Oath. Does this look like a recitation? "Think about what he's saying. He's saying if you live in a state like Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, states with Democratic governors, you're not his problem. He has no obligation to you. He's not responsible for you as President, your family or your well-being. I don't see the presidency that way. I don't pledge allegiance to red states of America or blue states of America. I pledge allegiance to the United States of America. One nation, indivisible, under God. For real. I'm running as a proud Democrat, but I'm not going to govern as a Democratic president: I'm going to govern as president."
@ArmySoldier and I are here, on this thread, representing different sides of this discussion. We've had our differences. We've worked through our differences. We've laughed about our differences. We've acknowledged our differences when we realize we are going to continue to differ. We'll likely do so again here in this thread. The dude jumped in to defend me (again, on this thread) even when we were explicitly promoting different points of view. Honestly, I'd trust Army disagreeing with me more than I'd ever trust someone agreeing with me. Just sayin'.
