    You all do realize Biden was telling a joke, right?
    In context, he was talking to a partisan group, and I seriously doubt he actually did that. The audience got it, and laughed, which was the intended impact, imo.
    Was it in good taste? Probably not, at least to me, but hardly something to make a big deal about.

    If Trump said it, his worshipers would cheer. Remember how he can shoot someone on 5th Avenue and he wouldn't lose any support? That comment alone lost him no support.

    I saw it more as a “white mutiny”

    Someone was being a pain insisting he do something that was not strictly his job and was pretty demeaning - he carried out the request to the exact specifications (removed the dog from her lawn) but did it in such a manner as she did not win (placed it on her front porch)

    White mutiny’s are favourites of every service person anywhere

    Biden used to be quick witted, quick with a smile, upbeat, and energetic. Age has taken all that away from him. With his term extending another 2 years 9 months, it's going to be interesting how this plays out.
