But believing he was running for senate is something else, since he also did mention it was about the presidential campaign. All in all,.. Why would any Pro-Trump Partisan think that going around in circles about Biden (while repeating the same canned Anti-Biden "talking points") is going to move the needle?

None of this Anti-Biden stuff is going to change of influence one vote.

1) Anybody who cares about this sort of stuff, has no intention of voting for Biden.

2) Anybody who wants Trump Gone, Doesn't Care.

None of this "Uncle Joe" stuff will move the needle away from Biden, so why do some people actually think that it will?
