Trump was certainly trying to reduce the cost of gas by making America energy independent. What has Biden done to achieve that goal? Americans would like to see a gallon of gas reduced to the amount they were paying before Biden took office.

Actually, to pursue energy policies starting from 2017 would be nice. To restart the process with shale oil and to be a producer once again. Certain policies were productive for the nation, tweets be damned.

YOU didn't do anything other than an argument of the stone fallacy... I laid out my position and was willing to elaborate upon it if need be.

You laid out what you said was a scientific argument that has no basis scientifically. You want to elaborate on that and look more foolish, be my guest. I have no problem sitting back and watching.
Here, remember this gem you posted:
"Science. Oil is plentiful and forms naturally underground, as Earth is essentially a very large and natural Fischer Tropsch reactor. Oil wells that get extracted and capped fairly quickly fill up with oil again."
Go ahead and explain how that works. How is the earth a "natural Fischer-Tropsch reactor."

I can go through any global warming claim that you wish to make, including any supposed mechanism for said warming, and describe precisely why it is false, as it always includes some violation of science (usually pertaining to thermodynamics and stefan boltzmann).

    This is absolutely true.

Because the conditions required for forming hydrocarbons (namely, intense heat and pressure) exist naturally underground, thus making the deep underground areas of Earth into a natural Fischer-Tropsch reactor, constantly forming hydrocarbons which then seep upward towards the surface until reaching impermeable rock where they then accumulate into a well.

You're kidding. You're going to have to do a lot better than this 4th grade explination which, btw, omits a lot of the way the reactor works.

Here and in the UK (as well as many parts of Europe), horses were still being used until the 1950's.

    TRUNALIMUNUMAPRZURE:

    ● Shot: Biden praises high gas prices as part of ‘incredible transition’ of the US economy away from fossil fuels.
    —The New York Post, Monday.

    ● Chaser: White House Eyes Restarting Idle Refineries.

"The Biden administration is reaching out to the oil industry to inquire about restarting shuttered refineries, as the White House scrambles to address record-high gasoline prices that are setting off political alarm bells ahead of the midterm elections."

When it's their asses on the line suddenly they are concerned.

"Members of the National Economic Council and other officials have inquired within the industry about factors that led some refining operations to be curtailed and if plans are underway to restart capacity."

"The administration’s efforts come as the average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline stood at a record $4.60 May 25, just as the summer driving season is set to begin. In California, prices are more than $6 a gallon."

    Bloomberg News, today.

So does the Biden administration actually want to see middle-class Americans reduced to poverty and privation?

"Or is it just too stupid to foresee the obvious consequences of its own action? Which is worse? With the midterms coming, no amount of talk about gun control, abortion or other Democratic hot-button issues is going to distract Americans from what’s happening to their pocketbooks.”

Maybe Dems can tell us more about "Good Inflation!" And how thrilled multiple job holders should be for $17/hr flipping burgers in the Biden/Dem economy of soaring inflation and shrinking GDP and shrinking real wages.

No. Your post is misinformation. The fed doesn't allow drilling on ANWR. Use any search engine you like.

Biden and Dems brought us these high fuel prices through deliberate sabotage.

Biden’s energy policy has us careening toward recession.

"With the travel-heavy Memorial Day weekend upon us, the fast-rising cost of gasoline is getting a lot of attention."

"Last week, gasoline rose above $4 a gallon in all fifty states. That’s the first time that has happened."

"The price of home heating oil has nearly doubled this year. If that continues, the economic impact next winter, especially in the northeast, where a high percentage of homes are heated by oil, will be considerable."

"The threat of a recession is rising thanks to fuel shortages."

"Why has the price of gasoline risen so far so fast? Easy: the Biden administration, driven by the ideological fantasy of a green-energy future, has hampered domestic production and exploration at every turn."

Our high prices aren't them screwing up, it's their deliberate policy.

I'm pointing out that the transition to motorised transport was organic. It wasn't forced, and people who couldn't afford a car stayed with horses without opposition from Govt.

The "organic" reference is cute and, no, the government didn't force anyone.....just like now but the important thing is the planet wasn't dying then.

Hilarious to mock a poster about grade level of their post while misspelling explanation, hypocrisy at it's finest I guess :(
