    Oh, no, no, no....no escaping the FACT that the woman is going to be charged.

    A fact that makes bad PR for the Anti-Choicers but a fact they will have to face.


    Read slowly: If a person hires a hit man to kill someone, and they do, BOTH are charged with murder.

    Why would it be different for women?

    It shouldn't.....why are you trying to excuse women from the charge of murder?? ,

    Nope, women, wives, mothers, sisters aunts, friends, lovers will ALL have to be turned in by their ""nearest and dearest"" for murdering their fetus....


    Why would it be a "illegal medical service" ?

    There has to be a reason it's illegal...and not just because you want it to be.

    Yup, sometimes having a kid can be very inconvenient and SMART people don't go through life doing everything as inconveniently as possible to prove some stupid point.
    It's VERY inconvenient for kids to be born to parents who can't afford them or don't want them..
    Some babies/kids are so INCONVENIENT that they're put in cages...

    It happened in Ireland. Young teen was raped and wanted an abortion. They admitted her to a psychiatric facility. I think you had better look a lot more closely at what happened in Ireland

    C. Grandstanding since making abortion illegal will NOT stop abortions (See A)
    D. reducing women to cattle since they will not have the right to their own bodies like men do...
    E. creating more poor people to whine about.


    It isn't a multiple choice question, it's "all of the above".

    There is absolutely nothing in that article which supports the notion that women having miscarriages will be detained or investigated.

    You gave an example of a pregnant girl who was found to be a suicide risk. What are they supposed to do? Let her go free or get her some much needed help?
