    this is nationwide

of course a higher court could overturn this but given the fifth circuit's prior ruling, it looks like the Biden/ATF scheme is in bad shape

Judge Kacsmaryk has now taken things a step further in the related Britto case. His ruling stays enforcement of the law as it applies to everyone across the country.

That’s a significant departure from Judge O’Connor’s ruling, where he rejected a request to extend his preliminary injunction to all braced gun owners.

I wonder how many people were stupid enough to register their braced pistols as SBRd.

I wonder how the ATF has the authority to not collect a tax laid by Congress.

I had (have) one of the original SIGs. the buffer tube was the standard used on rifles and pistols and because they didn't know if the brace would fly, it slides right off-so I removed it. Same with my son and his FAXON 9mm "Pistol". I told several people that I can see the ATF coming back at those who registered their Pistols as SBRs that the ATF will say they cannot remove the tax. I am hoping the dishonesty of Garland and the ATF will cause Alito et all to strike the entire 1934 NFA since it is not consistent with BRUEN

I bought pistol buffers for mine. No big deal, and how I have spares.

They should quit while they are ahead. Well, they aren't really ahead, so they should just go ahead and quit. There are something like 400 million firearms in the United States. They are never go to regulate them, they are never going to get rid of them. They missed out on doing something about that over 100 years ago...
