Media that lies and distorts, is the enemy of the people. You think its OK when media lies to sway public opinion? Its OK to accuse people or claim they're rapists or homophobic before theres any evidence? Use "unnamed sources" to spill whatever lies they make up? Purposely ignore crimes of certain demographics? Over 80% of the media identifies as Democrat. THAT's a big problem. Funny how AA only applies one way.

SNL is just full of angry Leftists now and they're not nearly as funny as they used to be. But they're running the same playbook as the rest of the MSM. Scream negativity about Trump and you'll get clicks. The more outrageous the better. Its not like anyone in the MSM retracts the lies. Why? Because they approve. They're not journalists anymore. Leftists have destroyed trust in the media.

 

If the Constitution does not require public figures to satisfy an actual-malice standard in state-law defamation suits, then neither should the Federal Gov.

 

The law evolves.
