No he didn’t...he only had two, the last two. The dems controlled congress his first two years, then just the senate for an additional 4.

I was referring to Obama. Obama had the senate for 6 years, the house and senate for his first two.

Ok...he ended up with a lot more. You suggested that the GOP had Congress for 6. They did not. You were wrong.

like dems now, the Gop could stop any bill from reaching Obama's desk, so yes, they had control for 6 years

The GOP in the House passed tons of legislation that ended up on Harry Reid's desk.

So at best your argument is that Trump is in the same position Obama was in, yet Trump has used the EO far less. Gotcha.

yes, that was my point exactly, both Obama and Trump controlled Congress for 2 years, then lost that control, now we are on the same page

Trump has used the EO more then Obama did in his first two years

Well as I stated Obama had a supermajoritty that was filibuster proof, Trump didn't have that. Moreover, the scope of the Orders are what matter....Trump was signing EO to revise the seal of the National Credit Union....Obama was rewriting Immigration Law

because of the 50 vote rule changes by both dems and repubs, the courts will swing far right, then far left... nothing to do with the President, more to do with the Senate

I am refering to having enough 60 votes, they teetered on the edge, having 60, then not having 60 over those two years

as I said, only briefly on and off did Obama have 60 votes in the Senate, every-time they got it, something happened
