I would weigh your hearsay evidence as irrelevant because it is hearsay. I would not bother with such evidence because we have concrete definitive proof that the landings were real. By the same token we have endless people giving second hand accounts of people who have claimed to have been abducted by extraterrestrials. Obviously this is proof of nothing.



As for in court you do give ONE good reason why it is not allowed but not the only reason. Again another good reason is thjat it is simply not reliable. One person hears something they always put their personal interpretation and spin on it. Often they even invent details or omit details.

We are not in court but that is also irrelevant it is inherently unreliable and not valid.

Keep in mind that the transcript is, objectively, incomplete and that the whistleblower complaint has not been disclosed except to the extent that we know it pertains to "multiple events."

And also keep in mind that the even the implications of the words from the President of the United States, especially ones made while that President is unilaterally withholding hundreds of millions in military aid, those implications are the matters of life and death.

With that said, I can agree that Trump would not be successfully convicted of the crime of bribery given this amount of evidence, especially in light of the most recent Supreme Court rulings on the topic that found the quid pro quo must be painstakingly obvious and explicit.
